going to test one today. hate to have to put my mod down
I am not worried about the lower resistence (?) dse attys. They seemed a little prone to flooding, but lasted and vaped nearly like the original.
The only thing that concerns me is that if the batteries are like the batteries in the L2 from strictlyejuice. These bats have a flat contact where the positive terminal is, instead of the joyes I have that instead have a little divit. Like it was center drilled before a hole would have been drilled there.
Not saying that these bats will have a problem, just a little cautious, because the L2 bats were mostly deffective. First stages were the man. switch that stayed stuck on until the switch is depressed a second time and released. Eventually they would just constantly stay on all the time they were connected to an atomizer. This occured on 8 out of 12 of the batteries. The other 4 could not be confirmed, but they did not return as a customer.
Hope this is a new batch, that has had the switch fixed, or a batch that does not have the problem occur.
edit: these are definatly different than the strictlyejuice 510s (a really good thing)
After 5 mins of vaping I can see these differences:
The atty does not have the stainless steel ring around the bridge. It also has the skinny bridge that clearly shows the white ceramic bowl.
The battery is not like one I have seen. Most of my bats come on when the switch is depressed like this one. However other bats will stay on for a slight second upon releasing the switch. This battery will go off before feeling the click on the upward motion. It is a much tighter switch, and you must keep it depressed with a greater amount of pressure to keep it firing. Could be the same old bats with a stiffer switch to fix the missfiring problem. Also seems like a great way to ensure it doesn't catch my pocket on fire, or burn my ass when I sit on it
going on a week strong now, maybe 12 charge cycles. no sticky switches, swtich is still firm as the day it came out of the box. Atty is still working fine. no multimeter yet to test, but one day I won't forget while im at walmart to pick one up. Still one of the best deals on a double 510 kit in the US. atty diamater is a little tight compared to joye, but carts still fit, just a little snug.
