| I saw the discussion about 510 compatible atomizers that are not genuine JOYE 510 hardware. I purchased two extra atomizers with my TECC 510TITAN starter kit and did not have such great success with them. I used the first one for about three weeks before it started to taste like something inside the atomizer was burning. I dripped juice on the atomizer and vaped with no cart on several occasions before deciding the atty was done. The second one never heated enough to make more than a couple of wisps of vapor, and the third one flooded easily, but made acceptable vapor on a fresh mega battery. I just received 10 of the SLB 510 compatible attys today in the mail, and aside from a few differences in appearance, they are the same as the genuine 510s. The stock 510 carts fit as tightly as in the genuine attys and vapor production is enormously better. For the price of $49.90 ($4.99 each) shipped, I don't think the deal could be beat. The best deal I could find for genuine attys was $39.99 for five, plus shipping, or a single for $12.99. All vendors with any cheaper price on genuine 510 attys were out of stock. I guess it comes down to whether you care if you have a large brass band on the atty. Most any manufacturer can have a few bad parts slip through their quality control undetected. |

| Actually...Air admittance...
Air intake is useful for vaporization, it kind of makes it work.
Nice to have you here vapeking, kick off your shoes and stay awhile.

It should be with the dse-901 peeps but I guess it is ok since most of us 510'ers have 901's I am pretty sure lol

Either you are looking at he wrong places (websites) or you are a very loyal customer of Totally Wicked, which I believe is the direct supplier of the TECC which is a Joye re-branded in their preferred name for that specific e-cig if they purchase 500 or more kits from Joye-Tech. I can get the real, genuine Joye atomizers for 8 dollars each, PM me if you want to know how. I am a new member here but a very reputable member at ECF, you can check me out over there or simply ask Firhill, as he and I just got reacquainted there. =) http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/
They started in the UK and I believe they have just launched a new US site which is cool IMO but their prices are kinda up there, as for their quality, customer service, or fairness to their policies go, I do not know as I have never ordered from there so I cannot say much but for their e-cigs to be so much higher priced because they have a cooler box and their own logo on it just does not please me, personally. Because it is only a waste of the customers money and also a higher shipping price because their kits are 10 times larger than a regular joye-510 (white little box) kit.
But I heard good rep from them from Other Customers that have bought from them.
Best Wishes and Happy Vaping to ALL!!!
Harry

Harry | Harry will steer you in the right diection for sure... As far as knowledge/info on products/suppliers, bear in mind he has has been around e-cigs before this forum even existed and the vast majority of us even knew what an e-cig was. |

| Got some parts for a 901 today, atty and carts. Some kind soul gave me a 901 passthru so I was all set there.
I like it as much as the 510, maybe a bit better...less 'harshness', good vapor, but light in the taste dept. I feel a couple Frankensteins in the background...(...mods...).
Let's see what the atty's TTL* is...

| Love the hat, Rocket; so nice of you to dress up for the holidays! And Belowme, as far as TW goes, I never believe in paying more than the going rate for any product just for a brand name, but I do appreciate the development of new products such as the 5-battery charger and the 510 mega battery (which you should try if you haven't already) that are unique to TW so maybe that's what they spend the extra dollars on. Not MY extra dollars, you understand; I only buy from them during a sale but their product quality, customer service, and fairness is equivalent to other good USA online vendors.

| Juices are best kept refrigerated, and if you have any cat's please be sure to keep ANY and ALL juice or PG out of their reach since it can cause them serious health damage that can cause premature death if ingested. They do use it in dog food and it's perfectly safe for dogs but it's not for cats at all.
As for batteries and other parts a cigar box or pencil box is a good choice for storage. |

| I have temporarily misplaced a 510, lost only one. I used to carry it everywhere, where working on a car, some project, on the racing tractor (not really). A lanyard (see my album). The swamp lady hasn't lost one (901) in a long while.
I am now carrying a mod almost everywhere. I went into AutoZone today puffing on a bright red Trailer Park (does not even look close to a cigarette, not even close) and bought 8 of the $2.50 parts store LED flashlights in red, blue, and silver. The clerk looked at my Trailer Park, down at the 8 Flahlights, stunned "deer in the headlights" look for a few seconds, then "wow".
Sorry about posting 901 manuals in a 510 thread but the lanyard works with 510s also.

What's the best place for 510 supplies? | I have been dealing with Rocky Mountain Vapor Midwest Vapor and Litecig. Good prices, decent people and fast shipping. It took me 3 days to decide on a 510, and another day to order from Rocky Mountain. I ordered from Litecig and Midwest because Rocky mountain was sold out of attys and with my reputation, you can never have too many!
Rocky Mountain is my supplier of choice, since I order 2-3 attys at a time and he offers free shipping over $14. Plus he seems to be a decent sort as well.
And. like I said, I either put my thumb in my mouth and blow, or I do the thing you do when you come out of the mountains, ie pinch your nose and blow. Head pops back into shape every time!
I think my next trick is a 901. I got a passthru from someone, and I like the way it vapes. So I got a couple attys to try it with. Flavor is better than a 510, throat hit is less, and the way I use them, vapor production is better. It's been about 4 days and I haven't killed the first atty yet!
I also got a couple 808 attys, and they fit on 510 batteries (I'm actually using a battery connector from ALTSmoke and my version of the Trailer Park. Funny thing, but I got mine put together and then saw Rocket's thread on it! Vapor production is a bit less than a 510, flavor is GREAT, throat hit is a bit less, and it runs at 5v fantastic. And I haven't killed the first atty after 2 weeks. The biggest drawback is cart life is low; Snarky says he solves that by using Cartomizers.
This can be almost as expensive a hobby as fixing old beaters...
