| Not Impressed at all with their customer service...you would think they have great customer service especially with the premium you pay for their E-Juice.
He not received yet and Already dissatisfied!

| I tried their juice when I first started vaping. They were good peeps then. Their juice is a little too sweet for me. Maybe they've gotten a little too big for their britches and have slacked in customer service.
@RY- You may like their juice. TN cured is pretty good. | |

They are the supplier for at least two of Blu's flavors so why would they needs us little guys ordering 10mls from them? Sad to see when companies who do this. Forget where they came from. OR maybe its just a one time thing.

This is the first complaint I have heard about them. But I could see how it might happen. They became the supplier for Blu right about the time Blu made that big push to get into all the Walgreens and HEBs from what I was reading on their sites at the time.

There are some large companies that do maintain quality CS, may not be as personal but still excellent CS. I did meet one lady with SmokeStik when I was returning over $300 in a kit and supplies to them. She was very nice and even trying to recommend products outside of SmokeStik she thought would help and satisfy my vaping needs. Even spoke with her on how I was doing months later with the egos I was using then. | |

| To be fair, I think I have been spoiled by the likes of Highway Man, Nosvaping (Electosmoke) and Totally Wicked...Someone from JC called me "must have seen my post"
and found that my order was placed later in the day and they could not get it out that day.
So I think I owe them an apology. It was shipped out Priority mail...Hope to have it today.

The JC juices tend to clog my attys a little faster than most other juices out there, I'm sure it has to do with the thickness / sweetness.
BTW, I just got Keurig coffee maker for X-mas, you know those little K-Cups that brew one cup at a time? Now THAT my friends, along with vaping are life changers!!!!!!
