| I plan on doing a bit of mixing. There have been a few that had less flavor than I thought they would, chocolate almond I could not taste at all. Zilch! That bummed me out because so many other people liked it.
I ended up trying the juice in a friends e-cig and it was better, I decided it might be my atomizer so I picked up a replacement on the way home. Haven't had a chance to retry the flavors yet. I hope it helped.

| well bug i hope it does help, because the chocolate almond i got is great. it was the peach cobber that was so weak in flavor. weird too, my guess is we might have gotten the same batch since we ordered and received around the same time.

| update on the flavor reviews. i'll just give a 1-5 (5 being the best) for each flavor ive tested so far. these are rated on taste only. even if its something i wouldnt see myself vaping much, if it tastes good i will rate it accordingly.
tenn cured - 5 + another 5. man that stuff's good vapor. my fiancee, a non smoker and non vaper loves it.
peach cobbler - 1. maybe i got a bad batch, but it was pretty weak. i could barely taste the peach at all.
chocolate almond - 5. my favorite next to tenn cured. i cant describe it really except for, "damn thats good!"
mint - 4. not a favorite, but very tasty and wasnt what i expected at all. i was thinking itd be like vaping listerine, but its actually quite tasty...just not something i personally wouldnt vape much.
wild cherry - 2. its definitely wild thats for sure. way too much cherry for me. it doesnt really taste bad, the flavor is just too much.
strawberry - 3. not too mild, not too strong...just right really.
vanilla ice cream - 5. very nice flavor, great vape.
kona coffee - 5. also very nice, full coffee flavor. mix a little of this with the vanilla and have a latte. quite tasty indeed, actually thats what im vaping now.
original smoke -3. if your looking for a tobacco flavored vape, this stuffs not bad at all. smooth, but smokey.
by the count thats 9 of the 10 flavors. the only one missing is the mint chocolate madness, i havent tapped into it yet. although i did come kinda close, i switched from the chocolate almond to the mint and could taste both. if its anything like that its pretty darn tasty itself.
all in all i give JC's flavors a good review and for any one new to e-smoking its not a bad idea to buy their "welcome to e-smoking kit." its worth it for all the tools and the tupperware alone. plus it will give you a chance to get an idea of which direction you may want to go with flavor.
me, i still sort of miss traditional smoke, the fruit flavors arent really up my alley. but everyone's different so give them all a try. i'll end up vaping every last drop of these bottles, even the ones i didnt care for. except wild cherry, i think i'll be passing that on to another e-smoking friend of mine.

| Well I got the Vapor King and just refilled a cartridge with JC juice and I must say it has a much better flavor. For what ever reason it tasted very weak in the pen style.
I have decided that JC juice is great to use as a base mixer. Strawberry with a bit of lorann champagne flavor is awesome. Vanilla Ice Cream is my favorite base. Almost every flavor I have added to it is amazing.

| i dunno, but im interested to know.
i havent tried mixing anything with the lorann's flavors yet. i like the thought of having a nice tasty, non-nic flavor i can mix at home to enjoy when i dont need my nic fix.
smoking was always more the habit to me than the nicotine anyway, i think thats why i have grown so fond of vaping.

| I highly recommend the "Welcome To E-Cig Smoking Kit". There is a lot of value for the money in this kit as the accessories included are very helpful. It also allows you to find out which of their flavors you like best. They ship by Priority Mail and I received mine in 4 days. They state that the demand for this item has been overwhelming and their may be a delay in shipping.
I just ordered 2 30ml bottles 2 days ago and can't wait to receive them. I'm hoping we continue to get other USA sources for the supplies we need to keep going.

| Hi! I just ordered the dse 901 starter kit. But I'm not ordering juice untill June 3. Which brand lasts the longest for the money?
What about the pre-filled cartridges? Are they worth the price in compatison to filling my own?
My husband also smokes. Together we go through 10 cartons a month. Any suggestions on how many blank/filled cartridges we should buy for a month's worth?
Peace |

| hey khadijah, welcome to vaping!
its definitely more cost effective to fill your own carts, no doubt about it. if youre filling your own, you can always just add a few drops to the top of the cart when it starts to run low. you can also buy the polyester filling in mass, so you dont always need to order blank carts. just go to walmart to the fabric department and look for Morning Glory Polyester Fiber Fill. a 20oz bag cost me less than $3 and it should easily last me a year.
the downside of filling your own is having to fill your own, lol. for all my friends that ive turned to e-smoking, one of the first things i tell them is, "get ready for a new hobby to go along with your habit." personally, i dont mind taking the time to fill my own carts, i usually do it in the evening before bed, then have myself a nice vape before sleep. that way the next morning im all set and ready to go without having to worry about running out of supplies during the day.
something else i would suggest, find a good carrying case for your e-smoking tools. i took a hard eyeglass case i found at wal-mart and stripped it out, put in some new foam and cut out holes for extra atomizers, carts, and batteries. its still bigger than carrying a pack of smokes around, but it fits in my back pocket just fine.
and one last thing...dont expect that youll be able to put down the stinky smokes the very first day you start vaping. it happens for some, others ease their way into it...so just find what works best for you. personally...i started vaping and didnt look back. i smoked for 19 years and for 17 of those years i smoked over a pack a day. didnt have a regular smoke for 22 days, then was out with some friends one night and tried one of theirs. i hated it. but if you give vaping a fair chance, you'll find it will change your life for the better.
best of luck to you and your husband.

| Wowie! Thanks for the tip about refilling the cartridges when the cotton gives out! That will save a ton! I'll go to Walmart this weekend and buy some!
I have found that Johnson Creek juice is the cheapest...$20 for 30 ml. Do you know of any cheaper? How man "cigs" can I get out of a 30 ml. bottle?
Hey...I won't have to buy anymore cigarette lightwrs! LOL!
I think I'll change my user name to Siggy(Get the pun? LOL!) |

| Option C (which happens to be my preference) is to drip. That way there is no need to refill the cartridges. |

Drip? As in just put a couple drops in the cartridge straight from the bottle? How often will that need to be done? |

Doing it that way, how many 30 mg botlles of juice do I need to get to make about 2000 analogs? |

| Khadijah,
Drip..as in..just 2 or 3 drops of liquid straight on to the atomizer. No filler in cartridge.
I use around 3-4 ml of 24mg-36mg liquid a day. I smoked 35 a day until 52 days ago, when I used up my last carton of analogs.
3.5ml of 30mg nicotine liquid means I'm now using around 100mg of nicotine a day.
With analogs 35 a day X 1.1mg per smoke I was using maybe 40mg a day.
So I use more nicotine/day vaping than I did smoking.
To answer you question re:the 2000 analogs...there would be around 2200mg of nicotine in those 2000 analogs.
In order to compare you need to take the nicotine content(in mg) and multiply it by 30(the # of ml in bottle)...that gives you the total amount of nicotine in milligrams(mg) per bottle.
Then divide the 2200mg that you would normally use with analogs and divide it by the above product.
This will be the number of 30ml bottles of XXmg liquid you need to replace the analogs...providing you vape the same amount of nicotine as you smoked.
for example....
1 30ml bottle of 36mg juice contains 1080mg of nicotine so you would need (2200/1080) 2 bottles to replace 2000 analogs.
1 20ml bottle of 18mg juice contains 360 mg of nicotine so you would need
(2200/360) 6 bottles of that.
A decent price for juice IMO is anything under 50c/ml. |

| Okay then! Thank you for your VERY infomative answer!
Just one more question...will I need to drip each time I want to vape,. or will 2 or 3 drops last for a couple of vaping? |

| You said "no filler" About how often will I need to use a new cart then? I wouldn't think it would be too often.
Why do you think your nicotine intake more then doubled? I better by some extra juice in case ours goes up. Better safe then without! LOL! |

| Khadija,
When you drip, you put a drop or two of juice directly on the atomizer and puff till it's gone. If you want more, simply repeat. You'll want to pull the stuffing out of a cartridge so you have something to put your lips on that won't soak up the juice you just dripped.
You'll probably still want to use cartridges, especially when you're out and about. I'm not sure it's possible to drip while driving, for example.
My nicotine intake has gone up as well, mainly because I don't get sick like I did after chain-smoking 4 analogs. I also find that I smoke more often since I don't have to take "smoke breaks" anymore. |

Look for atty build up, then failure.
Also battery leakage can lead to a major melt down.
Most new e-cig manufacturers are warning against atty dripping/dipping.
Drip on your cart for best performance and life expectancy.

| I take the itty-bitty eyedropper from the JC sample bottle and stick it into the cartridge along side the filler material. Just sort of squish it along the side about half way into the cartridge and add juice. Not as much juice as a full to the top cartridge but close. With practice you can take the cartridge off the cig, unscrew the sample bottle and fill all while driving. Have to put the phone down to do it though.

and i agree with the above posts about dripping to the cart and how rocket fills his with the dropper. personally...i fill my carts with a syringe, then keep one of the small JC bottles with me for topping off.
seems to work out well and ive been getting A LOT more out of my juice and batteries. since im not trying to suck the life outta my e-cigar when the carts get a little low...my batteries are lasting a little longer.

| Well sinner I had better get good at it because I just placed an order with ujustpuff for 5-50ml bottles. They have a $100 minimum so I was kinda forced to spend that much but I want a bunch before the fda steps in. What you say about sucking the life out of your cigar makes sense too because thats exactly what I've been doing. I only have two types right now, the cigar and a POS I got from smokingeverywhere that costed 3 times more than it should have. I like the cigar by far the best but I'll take your advice and top it off more often. Ya know, I was just thinking and I've been smoking since the early 60's so if I'm not careful I might get hooked too. |

| I was thinking the same thing about dripping burning out your automizer quicker. -- I have read other posts about Johnson Creek juice burning out automizers as well. Any replies? I have looked at their site and it looks promising with lots of choices, great price, and made in the USA but am hesitant I don't won't to have to purchase an automizer sooner. |
