| Are we sure it is the FDA doing the seizing? The ATF has been known to bend or break laws, murder people, seize illegally . . . and the T in ATF is Tobacco.

Not sure how that works.

| I work in the import/export business and due to China being a restricted country we have seen more regulation regarding especially exporting from the US into China. I don't deal much with imports but expect much of the same issues. AES4 definately the most appropriate means of transmitting documents for export from the US not that this means much for import. I've also been interested in the ecig business but knowing the headaches I deal with in exporting to China I'm hesitant about doing business with the country. I would be more comfortable if the products could be made here in the US. No import hassles to deal with plus more jobs in our country. Nothing against the China folks but I just feel that we need to be more like them and keep our business within our community. |

| Yea..I imagine sending old missile parts into china would involve just a tad of red tape..
seriously though there are already several US made mods around that far surpass imported junk but people dont want to spend the money in the beginning....eventually people come around but not until spending 3 times that amount on the cheaper stuff in search of a better PV..

From you? Maybe THATS where you read it (somewhere)-The day Janty starts charging reasonable shipping, I MIGHT buy something, but charging 8.00 shipping and handling for a 4 dollar bottle of juice is a bit much, even for a $$ outfit like Janty

| talked to a guy today- he works in a warehouse storage facility.
I asked if he works with hazmat, he said "We used to. Why?"
I started telling him about "e-cigs" -He interupted me. "We work with a lot of small vendors of e liquids and suppliers"
Long Conversation, SHORT- The FDA has sent reps to check for "illegal activity" there the past few months- When (storage place)asked about storing Nicotine, the FDA Reps did not know where they stood on it- they don't know. So they can still store it in MN with no problems (so far)
Makes my dream of opening a retail vaping lounge/store seem like a "pipe dream"
(or should I say "steam" like an E-Pipe Dream)

Where I live we don't have too much of an accent (Except we say "AUNT" instead of "ant") but I lived about 10 miles from Boston for a few years and picked it up wicked when I was out there, and sometimes after I've had a "few" it kinda creeps up...

I do have an accent As far as saying ha-il, I find that arkansonians (in general) have a tendency to pronounce it that way more than we do down here. I hope Mike don't get offended |

| There are a lot of states that require a special kind of solicitor's permit or license (NOT cheap) to sell new products in an area like a flea market or as you say a farmer's market.
Probably not a good idea.....as the cost of the permit would defeat the purpose of selling an inexpensive electronics item.
And if you got caught without the permit, you'd be looking at $1000+ investment with your local courthouse!
