| Please list, in order of importance, what you look for in an online eCig seller ... optionally adding a brief description of why. - Price & Shipping ... because I'm cheap.
- Support ... Defects happen, how does the store fix it?
- Service ... How personable is the store owner/representative?
- Selection
- Appearance ... Does the site look thrown-together or professional.
Feel free to add as many points to the list as you want, just remember to keep it in order of importance.

| Rocket don't pass up no opportunity to give his opinion. here comes 2 cents worth.
1 Total cost, shipped. I am a shop-o-holic. Value versus cost. I will search to the end of the internet looking for the best deal. Then why do I keep going back to the "friendly" stores, when they might not be the cheapest? OK that matters also.
I can't decide which of the next two come first.
2a Service, communication, followup. When is the last time you had an on-line seller email a follow-up. I have, and it made a difference. Go into a store and does the staff say 'good morning Mr. Rocket', matters more than you realize.
2b Support, If I have a problem, where do I go for a solution? If somebody's juice makes me gag, can I send it back, get a refund? And how much is 'that' going to cost me?
3 Website, not really appearance, but must be functional, easy to navigate. How deep into the order do I have to go to find out the "Final" price. I don't like entering my Name, address, phone number, email, just to get a price.
5 Selection, hate to put this last, shipping could be less with 'one-stop-shopping', but I'll leave that to item one above. I shop at Walmart, smokeshops (used to), why not a Wal-E-cig (have to say it out loud). Rocket

| I posted this elsewhere and was told I should be posting it on this thread and this is basically a copy and paste but as usual........Rocketman is right, this is the thread where it belongs. Thanks Rocket!
Is it Ok to say something about a specific supplier here? I sure hope so because I'm going to do it anyway. I placed an order with liquidexpress.com on the 10th. My very 1st order with them. I ordered on Friday night and wasn't expecting anything to happen till Monday since it was the weekend. When I got home from work Monday I planned to get online to see if there was a tracking number or something but I didn't need a tracking number because I knew exactly where my order was. Heck, I almost stepped on it when I walked in my door. Well I ordered again Saturday the 19th and this time PayPal sent me a tracking number so when I went to check on it there was a message that didn't make sense, like it was never sent and they knew nothing about my order. So I sent liquidexpress.com a short e-mail. Just a few minutes later my phone rang and it was Rob from liquidexpress. I'm totally relaxed now about my order because I know Rob will take care of things. I never expected this from a nic-juice salesman. This kind of action tells me that Rob truly cares about his customers and it was a real man, not a computer recording. From now on Rob has all my juice business. I didn't spend 100's and 100's of $'s with him either but he treated me like I did. And nooooo, I'm not getting anything for posting this I just want fellow vaporers to know about liguidexpress.com and Rob and how well you will be treated there. By the way I got some cola flavoring and some original flavor from him and it is awesome and I'm looking forward to the 36mg naked juice I ordered to get here.
I can’t say enough good about Rob and www.liquidxpress.com

Rocket | Exactly Rocket, if it's within reason I'll even spend a bit more to have decent service. Liquidxpress has the best service I've experianced and I think someone would have to look very hard to beat his prices too so with Rob I get both. I just got home from work and my order still isn't here but at least I'm comfortable knowing it will get here. By the way, I learned something last night. For me anyway, NEVER type an e-mail address.....always copy and paste it. or else you'll make a fool of yourself like I did by typing an extra letter and a totally wrong address. Oh well live and learn. Rob's right address is LiquidXpress Hompage and I highly recommend him. |

The above is what I came home to today. My order from liquidxpress.com finally got here...........in a soaking wet box. Wet with VG and 36mg unflavored. Needless to say I was upset. I sent Rob a short e-mail telling him my order got here because him and I both thought it was taking too long. I went back to work for the rest of the afternoon and when I got home there was a message in my e-mail and a message on my phone. Rob, the owner of liquidxpress asked if I have a camera to send him pics so he can deal with the post office and he is sending me my order again. Rob does NOT have to do this because he is not to blame for what the postal service did but he wants his customers happy. Liquidxpress is my juice headquarters till the end. Thanks Rob and I will be back, and back, and back etc...... Welcome to LiquidXpress |

| 1. SELECTION, Babe. Variety keeps things interesting
2. Cost + shipping. Can't dip into the shoe money
3. Customer Service & Support Hard to use feminine wiles to get a better deal on the web.
4. Appearance Who cares what it looks like if I get what I want? |

| The right seller:
Again and again it looks like being treated right is one of the important aspects of being a good seller. Email updates (I don't like spam though) about order progress, and here recently follow up emails after the sale. That's the little extra that I appreciate. Belonging and participating in this forum gives both buyers and sellers exposure and a little protection.
Yes, Mr. Barn, everything is just right with my last order. Thanks for the follow up. The RedBull is part of my "personal" stash (you know who ain't gettin none).

I hope they wore latex gloves when they handled it.
It is amazing to me that they still delivered it.
Suppliers who ship in glass bottles really need to take extra care in packaging their products.
Looks like Rob should look into some opaque plastic bottles suitable for shipping in small packages. JMHO

| Want to know something else that's makes you feel important to a seller, no matter how small your order is? A 'Freebie'. A little something the seller really didn't have to toss in.
We know you guys are trying to make a few bucks, and to part with freebie is a nice touch. Thanks.
Rocket appreciates the effort.
Can just about taste that Thumbs Up, can't you
Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, for being a great personable seller, on more than one occasion, running an honest show, delivering a good product, fast and with 'freebies', Mr. Barn has earned hisself a Rockets Thumbs Up
Rodney (Vapor Barn), Thanks Dude

| What's important to me and why:
1. Best value for the money including product and shipping costs... because I've always worked hard for da money and hate getting ripped off.
2. Speedy delivery... because once I've ordered it and paid for it, I WANT IT!!!!
3. Ability to use PayPal... because it's fast and easy and secure.
4. Timely response to questions or requests for assistance/information... because I like being appreciated as a customer.
Vendors who continue to meet and often exceed my expectations:
The Smoke Safe, Electro-Nix Stix, Totally Wicked, Juicy Liquid (and flavoring dealers Lorann and Capella Drops)
NOTE: Since I've only been vaping since June 10 this year and have been completely happy with the 510 (Yeti, Titan, etc), that's the only e-cig I shop for but look at all sites for accessories and juice deals. |

| Im all about CUSTOMER SERVICE...because if the price is right, the product is good, but they don't have good customer service whats the point of buying the product. Say if I had a question, or if a part broke, or I wanted to talk to someone. I think customer service is the circle of life somewhat. It will make or break a sale for me no matter what. |

| I've been trying to find a bottle of smoke juice for my dad, hes been smoking for a while and I wanted him to stop!
I got an njoy kit and found out you could get juice online.
I wasnt sure of all the flavors however I contacted the guys at Digital Smoke Shop, ecigarettes.
I never have purchased anything from these guys but Hayes sent me a free 15ml bottle of 555 36mg so that my dad could give it a try.
This is important to me, a retailer who knows you have never bought anything yet still gives you something for free to help out someone you love.
Awesome! |

| Digital Smoke Shop has the best price I've seen on 501 starter kits ($43.99) with a 5% discount on that so even after adding shipping ($10.15) it's still a bargain- and order 2 and add a few extra carts to get over $100 and shipping's free! Unfortunately, they're sold out at the moment but that price is worthy of the 2nd 501 Supplier Challenge which is still floating around out there somewhere. |

| A site I couldn't find on the supplier list, Rocky Mountain Vapor, has some prices that should qualify for the challenge: 501 starter kit $46.xx, 501 attys $8, no shipping charges on orders over $14 and only $2 under that. Easy to navigate, too. I know nothing about their shipping speed or customer service although the site invites comments and suggestions which isn't usually true if they know they're only going to get bashed. |

| Also on Rocky Mountain Vapor, 50ml of liquid (up to 24mg nic) for $23... Is this an older site that has re-opened? It's in Breckenridge, CO, a wonderful place, and I get the impression they've redone their site or revamped their business or something. Does anyone know anything else about them? I've emailed them with a question and am going to order some liquid so I'll give feedback ATF but I bet some of you experts know about them. It's way past time for me to shut up... I don't know why I'm running off at the mouth today. |

| Hehe, maybe its the nic level. Just joking.
I have purchased from them (Rocky Mountain Vapor). 4 passthroughs for DSE901. No problems with them. Fast delivery. I have never got any juice from them. Don't really know why though. Guess I should give them a try on the juices.
