if your not a water drinker, you can get those pkg's of flavorings that you put into a bottle of water for cheap at wally world.
but as been said..keep hydrated...

| i have cavities between literally ALL of my teeth. it's been like that since i was a child though... just waiting for all the pain to kick in i suppose lol. thats gonna be one hefty dentist's bill.
