Okay the little supervillian in me got to thinking the other day while explaining to a coworker how the ecig worked, and I wanted to share my diabolical plans in case I go off the rocker and need someone to make a backup plan to foil my scheme.

Would it be possible to obtain enough nichrome wire to make a massive heating coil big enough to quickly vaporize all the water on earth???
