howdy!

i'm excited to get my DSE-901, i looked around and it seemed like it would be a good starter model. i used to be a regular smoker (3 packs a day) but quit a long time ago. i totally dig nicotine tho, which is why sometimes i'll use a hookah or snus in social settings.

i moved to this current place a year ago, and smoking cigarettes is far more prevalant then where i last lived, so the social pressures to smoke have been back on. while i don't plan on smoking cigarettes again, i certainly do enjoy smoke breaks with people, especially now that i can see the stars and night and have a dog to walk

any how, my question is about the vendor i ordered from. i went with liberty-flights.com. my order was "dispatched" and "packed" almost immediately but it hasn't shipped. i emailed them about this, but never got a response. are these people legit? are they just backed up? or should i start filing a complaint with visa?

it's been about a week since the order.

Sounds like some bad customer service, you may want to make a post here on this thread.
