From what i can observe the ego is the same as the tornado. I have only purchased Tornados from Totaly Wicked they ship from the next county over and I get orders from them almost overnight.

I had 1 mega tornado battery go bad within a week or so. I think it was just defective. My other 2 tornado batteries have held up about a month. So I figure about 20 charges on each of them or pretty close to that. And they are still going strong. I just got 3 brand new ones I am goingto try to keep track of how many times I charge the new ones up. Be cool if some other people did the same so we can compare.

wow, you changed the avatar, victoria. The Ego battery does not go dead that fast, many vendors have at least 3 months warranty.

Lithium Ion batteries are supposed to be good for up to 300 charges. That's almost a year. Perhaps they are using cheap batteries. I buy my own and find AW and Tenergy to be very good.

i heard that, i just had to order another 900 mah bat the other day from shaking some fluid out, the wire inside broke, i dropped that thing like 100 times, the 2 pieces were comming apart, meant to use some crazy glue, forgot, then it finally split in 2...boo hoo...cost me 24 bucks for that mental lapse..heheh...

I'm gonna go to vaporflow next for 900 mah riva battery, less expensive and has a nice rubber button instead of hard crappy plastic one...Cheers!

Froggy I had a few go bad, 1 within a week. I think it was defective. One blew out, got a bad smell, a little smoke and the threaded end went blackish after only 2 weeks or so. Several others that lasted around a month. . I rotate them out so I'm not using the same one all the time. At this rate they are a bit costly. I have gotten most of mine from TTW also.

So I'm not being psycho just want fellow vapors opinions and also to let people on a budget know the the real cost of them.

The dented one is still working fine!

Don't worry honey, didn't mean psycho in a bad way, just tell'n you to chill , didn't know you've had that many problems, none of those things you mentioned happened to any of my bats.

Tell you what...Go to Liberty Flights, they warranty their ego batteries for 6 months!!
Anything weird happens you can send it back to them!
You don't have to rotate your batteries, i only have 2, when one dies i charge it and throw my other one on....they really do last months, you've had a greater share of misfortune tho that's for sure.
Also get yourself a 5Volt passthru at madvapes or indyvapor for 15 bucks, so when your on your pc, you can save your battery some, i have 2 of those suckers too...heheh..
So remember try Liberty Flights, 6 mo. warranty k honey...XOX..heheh

Vicky, Liberty-flight has riva 510 or 901 sets for $29.99 right now:2 batts a cone, 2atties and the wall and USB charger+ 5 carts. I got a couple sets last week and the first ones I put in service seem to be working well.
If you've got 901/808D stuff, Mikes pigcig is working great too.

I think Rocky is right about "overvaping" these batts w/ the mosfet controllers; when the vapor drops off charge the batt. bikes
