| Yesterday I got some RoyalSmoker CE3 Smokymizers. I filled one up as per the instructions, then set it aside while I piddled around the house for a while. I came back to it about 30 minutes later, and ALL of the juice had leaked out all over my desk. Boy was I MAD! Naturally, I ripped it apart to find out what the junk was going on, and found that the vent hole was too big, allowing all the juice to basically dump through the bottom, unhindered. This is what I came up with to fix it.
Step #1: Gather your supplies. You will need: - A RoyalSmoker CE3 Smokymizer
- A battery that fits the RoyalSmoker CE3 Smokymizer
- One of the filling needles that comes with it
- A pair of pliers
- A pair of tweezers
Step # 2: Attach your smokymizer to your battery. Remove the bottom threaded end by gently rocking the smokymizer back and forth while pulling on the battery. It should pop right off. If not, you're doing it wrong. When you look into the bottom of the tube there are three holes. The middle is the tube that the vapor goes through after it has been atomized. The larger of the two remaining holes is where the wick goes, and the smaller one is the vent.
Step # 3: Remove the needle part of the filling needle from the luer lock part with your pliers.
Step # 4: Bend the needle into an "L" shape.
Step # 5: Insert the long end of the "L" shaped needle into the small vent hole. You might need to use tweezers to get it in there, as it is in a pretty tight spot.
Step # 6: Reattach the threaded atomizer to the tube that is still attached to your battery, making sure that the wick goes into the remaining side. It is kinda like threading a needle. You might need to wet the wick and twist it in whatever direction the threads are already threaded to get it to go in smoothly.
Step # 7: Fill up your smokymizer with juice according to the instructions included in your package and vape away! |

| I have the answer to your Question in the Original Post. "How to keep a Royal Smoker CE3 Smokymizer from leaking".................
Just Do Not Buy One Or if you do, just don't put juice in them

| I found that that problem was hit or miss..like who happened to assemble it on the factory line that day..sometimes the cap over the cup would be installed incorrectly..too tight and or not properly aligned to the cup...but the real killer for me was having to use a syringe...that is a pain in the butt...this was after using them for months...then I tried boge LR's and later dual coils and never went back..I think the filler does a better job then the CE2's for wicking consistency and speedier recovery ..again IMO...and I find topping them off with a drip bottle much easier...for me anyway

For now anyway.
It's Dual Coils for the swamplady and me.

| I just can't stand the filler! I can taste it in every kind I have tried so far. I am not talking about letting it burn dry and getting THAT taste, I mean just the straight out of the box filler taste. I don't like having to take a bottle of juice with me or the need to top off every time I take a vape break. I don't mind using a syringe to fill, I actually prefer it. I think it is cleaner. But the kicker for me is the filler. With a CE2 I can take the whole thing apart and disinfect it, and the only thing that is really un-disinfectable is the wick. Easy to clean, just rinse it. With the filler cartos, you have to blow, or boil, or soak, or flush. Then let the filler dry before using it again. If you happen to use a juice that is especially "flavorful", that is the only flavor you can use on that carto from then on out. It just seems like so much more work. I JUST WANT TO VAPE DANGIT!
I do agree with you all though, the CE2s and 3s are very hit or miss. But, in my case I would rather put the little bit of effort in in the first place by modifying something or filling with a syringe in the beginning rather than having something that I will need to put effort into in the end, like with cleaning or dripping to top off or whatever.

| Do the ce3s have a different wick system that feeds a bottom coil? Or are the ce3s just a ce2 with a different plastic shell. I have looked around and I cant seem to find a clear example.
If it is different, are they any better? I have abandoned the ce2s completely after trying 5 boxes of them I had five that were great and the rest were a waste. |
