Hey Kristin,

Got my juice order. Thanks so much. Must say I like the Red Bull and Dreams-- nice change up to the regulars I use.

This is a copy of a missive sent to me regarding CE3's from VapinintheCape. Thought it would be of interest. Still using CE2xl clearomizers with the new tubes with success. I believe the ceramic heater is on the bottom of the CE3's, thus no wick, but I'm not sure. This outfit sells all sorts and the prices seem competitive. Did receive a shipment of blank carts via usps in 2 days.

Hello Vapor Fans,

We have received numerous complaints regarding the leaking CE3s. If you have encountered this problem, there is a solution.

Each package of CE3s contain:

(5) Blank Cartomizers
(1) Plastic Drip Tip
(1) Replacement Plug
(1) Silicone Cap

The silicone cap should be placed on the bottom of the cartomizer prior to filling it. Take the plug out of the top of the cartomizer, fill it with your eliquid, put the plug back into the top, THEN remove the cartomizer from the silicone cap.

These cartomizers have a vacuum-effect that require you to use the silicone cap (or plug the air holes with your fingers) in order to work properly. It is unfortunate that the manufacturer didn't include that information in their filling instructions.

If you still have questions regarding how to fill these cartomizers, feel free to stop by the store, or contact us.

Have a great evening!
