I was also in the habit of smoking more at gigs, since everyone else smokes, but Saturday I took some strawberry and my tobacco blend, and the 2 No Egos (14500 and 18650) fully charged, 2 Joye cartos one tobacco and one strawberry and a CE2 with tobacco in it. I had one cig at the end of the night, and a couple people were shocked because I had been hitting the No Egos all night. THere was nother woman there with I think a 510 and I gave her some info because she was paying $25 for 1 atomizer/5 carts! 
I upped my nic levels and using tobacco (real tobacco) a LOT less. 2-4 a day rather than 4-6.

| rg- when you hit EXACTLY the right vape juice, you'll find it pretty easy to quit. I started with the vapes because I thought "I'll get used to them, and then I'll phase out the smokes." HAH! I had half a carton of my brand of choice. The vapes arrived (according to my little tracker, 241 days ago now) and I didn't look back. I DID have a terrible nic fit one day when my atties were all crapping out and I had a show to do and was all stressed out- chainsmoked 2. But that was a fluke, and I have been otherwise almost a year, instant, accidental cold-turkey from the analogs otherwise. Shocked me too- I was a hardcore, 30 year pack a day smoker.
