has anyone ever had their packages taken away by customs from any of these sites? i ordered some kits from them and am a little nervous...

That's why I order from US sites my friend. Too many times you hear of problems and I personally don't like to wait 3 weeks or more for packages to arrive. Try to be patient you ordered from the worst place possible if you were in a hurry for your stuff to arrive. Live and learn, that's why they are so much cheaper when you buy from places like DealExtreme.com you can get a complete kit for under $14 shipped but be ready to be surprised when it arrives because you may have forgotten all about it by then. It's kind of nice though, you get a package you forgot you had coming so it's like your birthday or Christmas.

lol. i wasn't really in a hurry. i have everything i need, nothing is running out, just some new kits that i wanted to try out. but thanks for the heads up. i have bought from innovapor and vapor4life. very good service from those two. very personal. Steve from V4L personally emailed me to ask me how everything was. love the service from a lot of these US suppliers. the chinese suppliers seem VERY happy to help as well.

I've ordered from all three and the only one I had a customs issue with was EM. It was Chinese customs that returned it to EM and they had to resend.All in all the package took 14 days.

If you don't have a preference as to what one of the three you order from, I'd suggest Health Cabin. Normal delivery has always been between 4-6 days in my case, depending on what day of week your order is placed.

As for communication/e-mail replies, again HC outdoes the other two by a long way. HC usually answers e-mails within hours,allowing for time difference.

Packaging...HC ..by a mile. They take care to wrap and double wrap and make sure even the juice is all stacked neatly in boxes etc. EM throws your whole order into the one box upside down/sideways and whatever.

Like I said...If they all have what you need and the prices are all similar..go with HC, the service they provide far outdoes the other two IMO.

thanks firhill! i ordered from Healthcabin and eastmall the other day. am waiting until the holdiay is over to get my package. hopefully nothing goes wrong. i have ordered from us suppliers the past few times and thought i'd give the chinese suppliers a chance since they are so cheap. shipping is blah, but i can buy so many things at a much lower price. ever tried the e-liquids from those sites? i bought some but would like some feedback on the liquids.

Only the liquid from EM and HC..and both use the same manufacturer...Dekang/Boge, so they are identical. It's also the same liquid you will find from the majority of US suppliers.

Tastes fine/OK to me..they have the best RedBull IMO and that's mostly what I use now.....but then again, taste is very subjective.

I have bought both liquid and e-cig from Heaven-Gifts..Came in 7 days and was extremely well wrapped. The juice is not bad at all and at 9.00 a 30ml bottle I find it quite good

I've ordered from Heaven's Gifts, Eastmall and BestEcigs. They always arrive in 6-10 days, and most often in 7 days. Getting liquid for $8.50 for 30ml and $4.00 for atomizers, you can't beat those prices. And they also replace atomizers that go bad within a year, so there really hasn't been any negatives. Now that I have over a years supply, I just go the airmail route, pay $6-$8 for shipping and save more money. It usually arrives in 12-14 days with the cheap shipping.
