Hi all- I've been vaping about a year-longtime forum user-
Mods: Merlin, Denali, Roughstack v2, Puresmoker Icon, Ego (of course)

Just looking for like-minded, positive conversation-

Nice place!

Hi,Jac. What are the merlin and denali mods?
I've got some box mods, Revolutions(both types),some tube mods(flashlights and the stack and sparkplug mods, nothing expensive.

Mods by Mamu- she's a frequent contributor on a couple other forums-
They are both Variable voltage mods-the Merlin takes 2 14500s the Denali 2 18650s-

Very nice looking but I'm not much on VV and the locals(Rocket,Steam,Berger and Tek) make very nice 3.7v mods that I can afford,or at least justify.

Hey wash your mouth out on VV Tek just made me a real nice one and works AWESOME! I'm going to have to take a pic of it soon. It has VV but I keep it cranked all the way up to 6.2V, 5.3V loaded, and vape away on my 1.5 DC.

I think Bikes wants to make sure he has one of everything 3.7 before he makes that final big step...

Tek is working on 4 more F/ls for me 2-18350s and 2-18650s,I may never get to the VVs. Was hoping to give a couple for Christmas
or I'll get one of the VV Smoktek boxes when they show up on a daily special.

I like VV simply because different juices have different sweet spots-and IMO, DCs just dont open up below 5V-but to each his (or her) own...

Know what cinched it for me with those? The 'protection' feature- it wont let you vape Dual coils above 3.7 watts-and as we know, those DCs arent even hot at 3.7- they need at Least 4.5-

Yes, jacatro. I did get the package deal, but it is too soon for me to give an educated review.

Yea. No bells and whistle, just dial it to your sweet spot and vape away. Remember what I told you with the 1.5ohm cartos. You may not want to vape as high as I do but if you hit beyond that point, the safety feature will kick in. Higher ohms... dial it all the way up if ya need to.

You guys comments about the batts kinda surprise me. The bat quality is 90% of how good the mod is. And there are def crap bats out there.
