Simple question? How do you determine the good quality e-juice vs the bad And really I'm more courious on the liquid base or nic juice that is flavored not so much the flavoring.

That's a tough one..you would really have to sample every suppliers liquid.

90% of all e-juice is manufactured by one Chinese company...I guess the "difference" comes from what is done after the suppliers recieve their juice from the manufacturer.

Even then, it's all subjective.
