| Here are some pics of another one of my 26650 BoxMods. I just recently refurbished it with new insulators and a new switch and cleaned it up some. I modified it to include a 510 charge port instead of the original rubber band charge adapter  It has some scratches, nics and dings but it works great.
It's strong enough to power a pair of LR attys or cartos but that's just a little ridiculous. A pair of regular resistance cartos works wonders with the 26650 LiMnNi 3.7 volt cell. You could always use a single carto if you can't handle duals
It is not compatible with the large eGo mega cartos without an adapter. This will outlast and outhit any 3.7 volt box mod or eGo clone I know of. The 26650 is a monster of a battery, not much room for anything else in the box.
New owner can polish it, I'm not.
This Box Mod has a LiMnNi 4000mah 3.7 volt cell and a 6 amp protection circuit for short circuits as well as over charge and over discharge.
Even though the LiMnNi chemistry is considered "safer than Li-ion" I also vented the box. You can read my construction thread on making one of these for additional details.
Be forewarned that this 4000mah cell will take all night to charge.
I'll include a trimmed eGo 420ma charger if you want.
Want an all day vape? Then a 26650 might be the ticket.
Can't get your fix with a single carto? Why not try 2.

| Ya know rocky, I'm thinking this with two buttons..one for each side..or a 3 position switch, ..then you could use it for two different flavors or double hitting...is there any room left in it to add another button and wires?

| I could put a row of connectors down a long side and a row of switches.
Probably could make an eight flavor sample tester
Would look more like a musical instrument that an e-cig though.

| Just recieved the twice pipe model today, it is now my most coveted possession. Thank You Rocketman for building the ultimate vape unit. I have been cigarette free since June of this year, I started with a white cloud, it was a great intro to vaping and gave me a healthy alternative that worked, but with tiny battery life it was a constant battle to keep things charged, it was actually a constant worry, as I really really did not want to fall back into old habits. I tried the Blu Cig but also tiny batteries, then another generic kit from the local gas station, still a constant battle, but with an army of Vape units I felt a little safer. Finally I found some better info and got a couple Cig Easy Go Go units, it was so nice to finally have some more substantial battery life, these worked great for a while, but they started to fail and not make a good connection after a bit, I overtightened them a few times and broke the charger and also one of the batteries broke a connecting wire. Anyway, long story, but it is so nice to have this battleship in my hands, I have been smiling all day.

26650 LiMnNi 4000mah with a charge port. Used the Hammond box this time.
Here's a few shots of the inside and outside. If it vapes OK, I pass it on to my postman.

| Use up juice twice as fast.
A pair of 2.4 ohm carto works great. A pair of DC 1.5 is pretty hot.
Even a 3.0 ohm carto comes alive when it has a friend close by
The two aren't that much wider than one of those giant cartos with a whistle tip.
After a little practice sealing the two isn't that difficult.
If no one is looking you can always use just one (don't want to look like a wimp).

| By special request, one more Twice Pipes Mod in on the drawing board.
There are a few limitations in the physical and electrical configuration that come into play.
The aluminum box style has room for an 18650 Li-ion cell and a LED meter, two 510 atty/carto connectors and a 510 charge port connector to allow use as a "charge-and-vape" mod. The atty connectors fit any of the standard diameter (up to the XXL Dual Coil cartos) but are too close together to allow a pair of eGo Mega Cartos, or large diameter tanks to fit at the same time. The charge port fits an eGo style charger if the plastic trim ring is cut back (I usually include a modified charger). A pair of 1.6 ohm Dual Coil cartos hits pretty good with the 18650 but the 26650 cell is a better match for a pair of LR cartos. Picking the 26650 gives up the option of the LED meter.
For a little more battery capacity, a parallel 18650 Twice pipes, with meter and charge port could be built. A pair of 2600mah cells would give over 5000mah capacity and easily source 6 amps to the connectors.
In the tube style (pipe bomb models ) the smaller diameter Copper/Wood tube does not have a large enough diameter to install Twice Pipe connectors and still have a smooth contour. The small diameter tube uses an 18650, single eGo connector and a 510 charge port.
The monster Tube Mod using 1 inch copper caps, a 26650 LimnNi cell can be made as a Twice Pipe model. The available sizes of tubing and copper caps precludes the wood grain center section. The center is Chrome Plated Brass tubing. A 510 charge port can be installed in the bottom, or the mod can be charger using the "redneck charge adapter" (Bubber Rand around the switch ). With the charge port it could be used as a pass through, "vape-n-charge", just in case a 4000 mah 26650 cell doesn't hold enough charge
There are probably more configurations I could try, but these seem to be a good compromise between complicity and reliability. The Die Cast Box will never look shiny but makes for a very strong mod. The Larger tube mod with the 26650 is a handful but if the copper is maintained, looks sharp.
Any of these will be 3.7 volt, single cell mods using an add on 6 amp protection board. The only one (see pics) that just won't make it as a Twice Pipes is the 18650 Copper/wood tube.
