Please, I'm sure many of us would love to know who's got free shipping. I mean really free. Lets keep it to say a $20 minum or less. Sometimes I only need an atty and maybe a battery. This may sound dumb but an extra $5 to $10 bucks hurts on a small purchase. Please post if you have Free Shipping with a minum purchase of $20 or less

First class mail to a repeat customer (trust factor here) instead of Priority Flat Rate for 2 atomizers. That what you talking about?

Suppliers: anyone willing to accept order requests from known customers with special minimum cost shipping? Rather than advertise a really cheap shipping cost. If I come back to you that ought to worth something, right?

How about Vapor Barn - Free shipping with a Priority upgrade option. $4.95 isn't bad for the truly impatient, is it? Just to mix things up a bit, how about free Priority upgrades on orders of $45 or more?
