Good mod it seems, but don't like the fact that you have to send it back to maker when your battery dies. He is in Canada so consider shipping charges plus initial cost of $200+ is quite hefty for a plastic device. The new Buzzkill has more features and more adjustable voltage options, made out of aircraft aluminum, you can change the batteries yourself and is about $100 cheaper + USA made. Just saying.....

Thanks for the tip. I'm not crazy about the idea of using a screwdriver to adjust the voltage, but I am really liking the looks of the V2 model. I put my name on the list to be notified when those are available to purchase.

I always love it when 6061 is called 'aircraft aluminum'. 6061 is the most common aluminum alloy out there, beer cans are made of it.
