I know I went back to some of the original cartomizers I was using earlier this week, and I couldn't believe I'd ever liked them, it felt like sucking through wet cotton, the flavors from dripping or CE2's are so much better. | I have come to the same conclusion, now that I have a year's supply of cartomizers....the vaping is a bit better off a CE2, and you can drip right on to the coil for an extra hit. Of course, expect that to change in the next 5-6 months. This industry mutates faster than the computer industry; remember the 18 obsoletion cycle? This one seems to be 6 months.
So I'm currently using the CE2s, both clear and metal, although the clear ones don't seem to last me as long as the metal ones. I also have an 801 atty I use on a battery and drip on it. It seems if you don't drip it tastes like it's burning like one of the newer members here said. If you drip and then replace the cartridge you get 5-10 hits that are pretty tasty and REALLY STRONG. Now that I've had one last more then 3 hours, the 801 is a real powerhouse. Who ever developed it must have been smoking Pall Mall straights, 3 packs a day.

| That reminds me, I got the 510 attys with my eGo kit, and have come to like them a lot. I still have a couple of pigcigs as well, which I believe are KR-808D1, where is a good place to get cheap atty's for the 808D1? I'd like to try dripping on the pigs as well, currently dripping and clearomizers on the eGos, and clearomizers on the pigcigs.

| I think I'm going to have to look into dripping. I seem to be hearing only good things about it. DoctorVapor had a video online about how to make your own drip tip that looked so cheap and easy, but then again he made the condom fill look easy and it didn't work out as well for me. |

tek | Ok so you can direct drip with cartomizers? I'll have to try that tonight. Any advice on how to do it right or how not to do it? I don't want to ruin a carto or anything. |

| So I got my new flavors in the mail today. I got a sampler pack of pre-filled cartomizers from V2cigs.com and a bottle of 555 and a bottle of Fruit Mix from ValueVapor.com. First I was going to try to direct drip the fruit mix, but I ended up just filling the carto and it tastes great! I thought it was going to be hard to switch from analog cigarettes to an e-cig with the bad tobacco flavors, but now with these tasty sweet flavors, I should have no problems staying away from the analogs. I've only had 1 analog a day since saturday and that's pretty good for someone who smoked a pack a day. I think I can keep this up now that I've got the new flavors.
So I'm hooked. I am one of you now. |

I don't want to ruin a carto or anything. | you've probably already tried it, but my way is to pull the end cap and inner seal out and throw them away, fill the carto from the top and pop in the drip tip....add additional drops from time to time or just pull out the drip tip and refill it....
lately I've discovered that if you take a CE2 cartomizer, remove all but the final seal and enlarge the filler holes a bit with a .25mm syringe you can also drip with a CE2 cartomizer....I usually fill with the syringe in the morning and add a couple of drops each time I use it....even though I am a heavy vaper I can usually get to the end of the day without using the syringe again..... |

I didn't like the idea of using a CE2 in the car, because syringes in Mass are illegal! But I started using them in the car in the method you describe...fill it in the AM and drip on the coil through the day. I take 2 with me just in case...
