now-- put the little plug in in the bottom
and put the rubber cap and white cap back on,
I also put the rubber end caps on too.
The put the carton in something like the finger of a glove or whatever will keep the atty end of the carto facing out and spin like crazy.
About 10 or 20 spins will do it.
You can do the whole dance again
and add 5 or 10 drops more.
This will make the carto act
like a brand new cart from the factory.
