Remove the filler put 10 drops in the cart replace the filler and top off till it's swampy.

gb1xyl1, a lot of people add a drop or 2 to the atty at that point as well, but for me even if I've gotten "that taste" if I add one more drop so that the cart is wet on top when the cart is put in that last drop keeps you from getting the dry atty taste on the first puff or two. I very rarely flood the atty and it does take 3 or 4 puffs before normal cloud of vapor return but it works pretty well for me. bikes

if I overfill, and create a pool of juice at the top, I usually suck out the excess by squeezing the bottle and slurping it back up.

When it pools up, more juice seems to get caught in the gap between the cart and atty when put together.

When I was new, I wasted so much juice this way. Hopes this helps.

Your right about the pool being too much normally, but I use it if I've forgotten to top off and have run the atty dry.

I agree and do much the same thing with syringes when doing cartomizers that way.

I personally believe is better to under-fill than over-fill... considering the phenomenal success I had with atomizers in the past.
