FDA and E-cigarette smoking

Hello everyone!

I want to know what FDA is saying about E-cigarette. Is it approved in USA now??

No it is not approved yet :/ , the e-cig status is still pending until the NJOY & Smoking Everywhere case is resolved and the judge comes out with a verdict which won't be for a good while...Ecigs are still illegal to import as well...

Actually puff, as I understand it (info gathered from the 2nd largest ecig company) that ecigs, nico juice are ok to import, the problems of importing are coming from Hong Kong right now.

We'll see what the future holds
