Good prices...

What guarantees do you offer the buyer if their order is confiscated and/or destroyed by Chinese or U.S. customs?

I am in the US and it hasn't happened yet. Absolutely no shipments have gone undelivered. You can PM me for more info. See the policies section on my site. Of course if a shipment comes back it is resent. But it hasn't happened yet.

evil,
I haven't ordered from you, at least not yet
I gather you are in US and drop ship from China directly to the buyer using EMS.
I have had experiences with this type of processing without problem.
Your examples show about 5 days in transit. I usually see 6 days to my door, because of USPS routes. EMS seems to be quite reliable to me.

I would suggest to your customers that mixing e-cig kits and juice in the same order, or a rather large order just might be asking for trouble from you-know-who.

Having a real person to contact, and a commitment to correct any issues is comforting.

Best of luck with your venture.

I do have USA inventory and supply locally in my county, and some orders do ship from me personally. by expanding online and combining dropshipping when I need to I am able to expand my catalog and have less stock issues. Many suppliers are in and out of stock, while my method enables me to almost never be out of stock. I run into occasional issues but it works well for the most part. I have a 5000g limit on weight, my site will not allow an order larger. When an order is made that I ship from home, I usually throw in some freebies or contact the customer to offset the shipping cost...

Just letting everyone know, we are changing our products to our own brand of USA made juice, batch tested and certified. The site will be under maintenance for a short time while we prepare for the new juice. We will be taking pre-orders on the site in the coming days for the first batch run...

halfevildruid:
I got another notice that my preorder was canceled.
No kidding, from September, dude.

Let's just consider this canceled until you get your stock, website, whatever running.

I keep getting notification that someone is trying to charge my card through Amazon for the order from you that has been canceled.

Anyone else getting e-mails like this?

My Amazon account has been revised, won't work, don't try to charge to it, and again, let's consider this September 2009 order sort of CANCELED, OK?

Sorry to hear that, I am sure that it is cancelled and must be a glitch in Amazon Payments. If you are worried about a charge coming forward me the email, and I will contact Amazon to ensure no further activity (if I can). The site has closed and there has been no activity. This would def. be a Amazon problem. Let me know... You can still email evaporsales@gmail.com, as you can see I am still monitoring.

Also have not been informed of this problem with anyone else, FYI.

OK, I feel better now that you still are around.

No charges have been posted but the Amazon notice keeps coming about every 2 months, and then a notice thru my card that a query was made.
I don't think there will be any problem.

Do you still plan on having a web store for e-cigs?
