SVA what is your deal dude? I watching you attack people on this forum ... are you that worried about Eluma? You barked at Dwell in a thread she put out about us ... she is just our client, not a rep.

I think you should just can it bud.

sirvapealo, i read ikares origonal post over a week ago a single time, and can tell you what probably happened. (i have to listen to painfull CS like this all day) What kind of secret decoder ring do I need to correctly read it, and draw the conclusions you have pointed out in this argument.

Ikare reorderd 3 attys after his original burnt out. Upon receivig them, he found that 2 of them would not fire right out of the box. (we come to terms with this. It can not be avoided. this is why it is universaly excepted as an automatic exchange. most stores that carry warranties also exchange refurbished and previously exchanged parts that they get working.)

Ikare notified elumacig, and may or may not have been irate. It doesn't really matter at this point. The rep was probably trying to defend the companies image when stating that it couldnt have/never has happened. Ikare (no offenese) most likely didn't understand the reps ignorance and mistook it as blatently calling him a liar. Any self-mention of Ikare's scandaling of emlumacig (hypothetical or sarcastic) would have immediatly caused the rep to become paranoid and defensive. It would not suprise me at all to find out that sirvapealot is the same exact person that Ikare talked to on the phone...

Dwell started this thing "dude" and it's pretty obvious she was simply projecting.

I am brand new to e-cigarettes. I have no connection to any company, I am just someone looking to give up regular cigarettes. I ordered Eluma and another brand to test out. Its only been a few days but I'm quite happy with Eluma. So far (still testing) I prefer Eluma to the other brand, mainly due to the smoother taste. I found both companies customer support responsive and helpful. I did not call either though, I sought out support via email.

Perhaps its a case of one person being the problem and not the entire company? Maybe you can try emailing and explain your situation to see your problems with support was mainly the person you got on the phone.

I'm calling SPAM

If you had mentioned the "other" model you bought as well as the one you're touting, then maybe.
Maybe a mod can run an IP check on this poster?

The general consensus on this forum (based on poster's credibility) to this point is:

ELUMA E-CIGS SUCK

Nice to see wow welcoming you are to new members here. I'm calling RUDE.

If you wanted to know the other model all you had to do was ask instead of being rude and obnoxious. I didn't mention it because I felt no need to say anything negative about a product. The product works just fine and as advertised. My preference towards Eluma came down to taste. Its an individual preference and nothing reflective of the company. The product was Bloog. From my limiting testing the Bloog worked well, customer support was wonderful but I just did not like the taste.

"The general consensus on this forum (based on poster's credibility) to this point is: ELUMA E-CIGS SUCK"

Well thank you for clearing up for me that opinions that don't match everyone else's are not welcome here.

"Maybe a mod can run an IP check on this poster?"

Please do mod. I'm sure its quite a simple task for someone administering a message board. After you do so, kindly remove my account here. There are multiple message boards that I can post on with people knowledgeable on the subject without being nasty to new people that join.

OK..I apologise for calling you out. The post just reeked of vendor shilling.

Please, continue to contribute here and I apologise again for suggesting you were spamming a product. It's an all to common occurance on here. Your opinions are welcome.

Does anyone have an Eluma that has worked for maybe 3 weeks or something like that?
I can appreciate the enthusiasm a newbie feels when his brand spanking new e-cig arrives and it works. I felt the same way with my first DSE601 cigar, and the second, and the 3rd (sort of), and the forth (well maybe not), gave up at number 6. But they did get me off tobacco. Bad experiences with Reps? report them to the boss (unless they are the boss ).
With a lot of "name brands" you get call centers, service centers, fulfillment centers, center centers, but usually not the boss.

So- - - anybody got any long term usage out of an Eluma?
And what if anything is compatible with the battery/atty threaded connection?

Rocky

I have the complete starter kit, and it is crap. After just a couple weeks, the atty burned out, despite following all the care instructions on the eluma site. I had an extra atty that I ordered from them, it lasted two days. I contacted support using their ticket system and phone. Nothing, they never even follow up on it. I finally get a message left by "Jason" to call him after I ask for the "30 day no questions asked" complete refund. I call him back at the number he gave me, no answer. Call him again the next day, no answer, no return of call as I requested in my message. They just don't answer you until your 30 days run out.
Right now I am sending information to every regulatory agency I can find about their false advertising and crap product.
And if there are any Eluma staff reading this, no more paypal for you, reported! Ya better bail before they freeze your account!

Homevapor - THere are alot of great companies out there that sell a decent product for a good price with GREAT customer service. I filed my experience with Eluma away as a learning experience. It got me introduced to vaping and off analogs, I feel better and that made the experience worth it. Good luck with your vaping journey.

Is there any companies that offer a product that is reputable....has GOOD customer service for a customer who loves vapeing but is a newby? Any advise will be appreciated because Eluma has lost me as a customer!
I thought it was just a bad day for them but they are so rude if you have a problem. I only will use them till the equipment I al ready have runs out.

I'm with you Ikare, I'm a newbie to blogging and this is my first but smoked cigs. for 43 years at just shy of a pack a day. I ordered my first ecig from eluma and have been with them for over nine months and loved the product. A cart. lasted 24 hours with proper cleaning of parts. I don't have anything to sell and really just need help. I might add I didn't smoke a single analog for over nine months until night before last. I'm totally frustrated as my recent orders since Jan. have been bad news. I would post on there site my problems and they are insulting as I have done everything they ask, mant. wise and all I get is a quote from there instructions which I have printed all. After getting a little annoyed got the coupon for 9.95 and yes now I have to order more products for free shipping. I got 2 atms, and a new batt. Put my new e cig together after proper breakin and now i'm lucky to get 2 hours out of the cart. I agree again with you why bother to spend more money shipping it back. I'll just get another coupon. I also agree with you that sirvapeaot is a rep. and probably the one who writes me back the same old story. YOUR DOING IT WRONG. I'm fine for 9 months and now I don't know what I am doing. I don't know where to go as all my attempts online get me to someone who is a rep. or wants to sell there products. For every good post on any product, I see as many bad ones. Who Do I believe!!! I'm not even sure this is an honest place to waste my tme on. Right now all I can say to you eluma people is clean, clean, after all fails pull the cart. out a pull the filler out and turn it around carefully and stuff it back into the cart. and hope for the best. I guess Ill just hope someone honest will give me some good advice? Thanks I would appreciate it. and sirvapealot please don't respond to my post!!!!! You are not real.

Smokey you're not in the wrong place, just vaping a brand/model which has so many negatives that no one knows where to start.
Everyone that I've heard of that doesn't work for the company has problems with elumas as equipment and then as a vendor. I don't think they have a customer service mindset, sorry no recommendation to solve that problem
Most everyone here gets a recommendation to "graduate" to 510 or 901/808D-1 systems and further to go for one of the bigger battery production models like an eGo or Riva for 510. or pigcig from LeCig.com for 901/808D-1.
If you are set on a cigarette sized PV it will just be more difficult to live with on a day to day basis. If you want a direct replacement for your eluma; Volcano has the same model And 510s AND EGO type 510 kits And they actually have a customer service dept., I hear.

And good direction? Been reading this entire thread and perhaps diffusion could have been initiated a little sooner. It seems to me when personal attacks replace objective rhetoric, then perhaps we should stop and evaluate where we're heading.

Been guilty myself, but we're all in the same boat here. With everything going on in this crazy world it is my hope we come to a more peaceful place and talk of those things we have in common, while understanding this platform is what little we have remaining.

Bikes, Thanks, I wil use your advice as I guess I expect too much from the smaller batt. models. Do you recommend a mod.? I'm spastic so not a diy guy.

Smoke, you're welcome. I would just go with the eGo,Riva types and every one seems to like the Boge 2.0 cartomisers Liberty-flights .com has a Riva starter kit for 510 for around 30 bucks. litecigusa.net has the boge cartos
Lecigs.com has the pigcig and Mikes mega cartos work very well if you want to go with 808D-1
You can investigate mods later. A couple of our members make flashlight and box mods and their services are reasonably priced when you get to that point.
Right now I'd just get back on the wagon with a reasonably good working model and enjoy the fog.

It's funny how this thread exemplifies the pitfalls of beginner vaping in general.
The inferior overpriced equipment being spread through compulsive buying targeting advertising techniques by unscrupulous sellers at inflated prices in which we are waging our war through the spread of honest information.
I agree with bikes...bigger batteries are the way to go...beyond that there a huge world of new equipment and juices to locate in the never ending endeavor of the perfect vape...for you.
