| I have been thinking about getting a liquinator or a tank from Stormy, and I did a little research and saw a few diy tanks and this is what I came up with. The first one took me ten mins from start to finish.
I have made a second one as well and it only took five mins to complete. There has been no leaks thus far, and if any one is interested I will post directions on how to make one. The biggest thing is just getting a small hole in the carto with a dremel or 1/16" drill bit or smaller. The threaded end of a 6 ml bottle fits a carto incredibly snug so it works perfectly.
One other thing about tank mods is that the internal pressure is everything. This size and method allows for the pressure to be maintained without worry. Other tanks call for blank cartos to used at first, but with this size, and internal pressure, the carto needs to be filled first. I had no luck with blank cartos as the juice siphoned out the end due to unbalanced pressure. To refill just twist the carto back and forth back out until a gap forms in the bottle at the threaded end and drip inside the tank until 3/4 or so full.

| Brutus,
Nice job on the tank mod. Even if similar to others, go ahead and post photos of your construction. Any variation may give someone an idea to make one of their own.
Making and vaping off your own is ALWAYS BETTER than using one you bought

| I'll post a short vid and write it up in just a bit, then everyone can vape their heads off with me. This little thing performed flawlessly today, and it was surprisingly rugged. |

| Finally put something together, way to busy to shoot a vid, but had enough time to take some good photos.
To do this all you need is a clean 6ml bottle, a sharp knife, and something to punch a hole in the carto. Ill explain some things that I have tested when we get there.
Peel the label off and clean all the residue off completely, this sits in the juice so cleanliness is of utmost importance.
You can use a drill with 1/8" bit or smaller,or a dremel to score the surface.
If you don't have any tools handy I have tried a small file to score the metal, and I even had success with a cheap steak knife. (although I wouldn't recommend it) All that needs to be accomplished is just to score it somewhat then you can use a small screwdriver to punch the hole through.

| Next step is pretty crucial, the carto has to be filled first
I put the condom back on and just fill all the way until a little juice comes out of the ho..... um...... newly formed opening in the side, yeah.
Put the carto back in leaving a gap at the threaded end and fill away. If everything is nice and tight there will be no juice coming from around the opening where it was drilled. If your concerned you can force a carto condom down around top of carto to seal up around that opening like so: |

| If any of that seems unclear let me know, but it is kind of nice to have six or seven little tanks sitting around and not have to top off a carto over and over. I refilled the first one this morning, while driving (hate to admit, but it was easy) and still have 1/3 left. One small hole seems to feed just right I tried this a few weeks ago to with two larger slits and the juice ran right out of the carto. Prefilling is key as well as punching the hole at the top of where a carto condom sits. |

| Thanks guys, was going to shoot a video, but then I realized I had never used my web cam, nor have I uploaded a video, or knew how to edit a video, etc. I did't realize I was that technologically inept |

| Why not use the bottle cap?
Adds a finished look.
Note if someone wants to go with CE2s, those long 306 drip tips are the answer.
