It's probably coming...by slow boat...from China...
As far as the batts, I haven't had one fail yet. Sadly, I could use those connectors!
But, I don't use them much. Bright and shiny big batt mods? Sourcing parts...!

Five drops tobacco with 3 drops mocha makes for a good copy of Camel Turkish Royals.

I smoked Turkish Royals almost exclusively before I rolled my own, and those were (obviously) my favorite tailor-made cigarettes. Must... try...

Just make sure that you get a larger gazuge needle. The one on the diabetic syringe woiuld be to small a guage for the e-juice to get out of.

Now I know how to refill the liquid but is it possible to change the inside stuff with new stuff? I pulled the inside filler out (lol, don't ask) and would like to know what to put back in.

If you look at the photos in post #78, http://www.vapeatron.com/easily-refi...ge4/#post11634
there seems to be the fluff filler wrapped around a thinner batting, wrapped around the heater.
Is yours made like this?
I think Stehle removed and replaced the fluff once.
As "Cheap" as I am, I have yet to rebuild a cartomizer

Yes, it did have that. Or at least something like it. And you are probably right. They are cheap enough, no real need to worry about it.

Rocket | I have only rebuilt or readjusted the atomizer connections in a D1 cartomizer to totally eliminate the burnt taste. (Especially a new one.) I have readjusted many after cleaning and have treated those as I would my 510 or 084 atomizers.
The results I've experienced are great and I no longer think of these as lowly "disposables".
In doing my initial tests the last two months on LeCig D1's, Green Cig D1's and 'Softies'; I found that:
The "Softies", though holding the least liquid seem to last the longest. (...and had the best draw after cleaning/refilling.) LeCig's D1's held the second most liquid.
( ...and also had the easiest draw after cleaning/refilling.)
The Green Cigs proved to be the most durable and held the most liquid in refilling.
( ...but also were the most expensive and had the hardest draw after a cleaning/refilling.)
This is only after 2 months use, a minimum of 3 hours per day and of the original 15 (5 of each type), I have 7 left: 3 Softies, 3 Green Cigs and 1 of the LeCig D1's.
Remember kids... these are only my experiences, yours may differ. "The Really, Really, Really Cheap Bastard"

I haven't had any with burnt taste, my experience with cartos has been great. Some flavors are overwhelming and pretty unbearable until I rinsed them out with hot water the first time.
In over 6 weeks I haven't lost any and I was expecting poorer service out of "regular" attys let alone the disposables. If I know that I'm not going to like the flavor I hot rinse the carto, blow it out really well, heat it up with the PT, then fill with the carto condom pump and let it sit for a while.
Just got a bunch of cartos from WitchWay and I got 25 blanks from healthcabin for $30.
I think I have 70+ cartos so at the current rate I may not have to open the blanks till Christmas. Good stuff. bikes

They do seem very durable and now with warm weather coming I've got about 40 pre flavored cartos that I'm not sure what to do with. The unflavored ones I'll just keep dry at room temp, but the ones with juice? ? ? Need to keep them cool, but there are atomiser coils to consider, fridge them? freeze them ?
I may just wash out the flavors I don't like with hot water soak in vodka ,blow ow and dry then drystore them. The "good" flavors I'll put in service.
Anyone who has recommendations for long term storage of flavored cartomisers i'd be glad to hear them.

A closet usually would suffice for me. I had much the same issue last summer with the Nic-juice scare. I had stockpiled way over a couple of quarts of various strengths and flavors. ( More if not for FDA - U.S. Customs confiscations.) The last few months I've been giving most of it away to new local vapers. (They do better at mixing DIY than I do!) Now I keep about 150ml for a backup; l use a lot less now and always rotate my supplies.
Hopefully I will do better in the future with all the D1 types.

I got some of the new ones on my last order, top pops right out and doesn't fly across the den, very cool. I need to get some 4081 stuff after I look at the check book.
