| A Round Robin is a type of group, test, evaluation where each participant performs a test or evaluation with the results polled to determine either a ranking or mean value.
Sounds cool right?
So why post that here?
How about a round robin for e-cig models? I wonder how many suppliers would be brave enough to submit a sample of their product to an small group of highly skilled vaporers (no suppliers or vaporpimps), to rank each product and forward it on to the next evaluator, and so on. One atomizer/battery representing each of the most popular models (maybe like top 5) could be collected and some cartridges for each model (all same strength/flavor, or maybe even empty and the user fills it) and sent from one user to the next (about 5 evaluators would do) until all had tested each model. Results could be posted on this forum and tabulated to rank each one to pre-established criteria. Cost? Each supplier and evaluator (fee to participate) would bear part of the cost (only fair right?). First class mail between evaluators would be their own responsibility. The entire 5 by 5 round robin could easily be completed within 30 days (warranty period in case of a failure during the evaluation). Evaluators could be selected by member poll.
Or, we could sit around and wait for the next interesting post.

| Is this about the 4th (that I know of) time that you've come up with a brilliant scheme to get free samples? lol
You're getting better at it though, keep up the good work! |

| Naw, you all wouldn't want me in it, I'm way too opinionated (or is that onionated?) and biased. I like to watch though ( but that's another forum).

| How would it be decided as to who gets the fresh atomizer that hasn't been broken in, and who gets the well-used, perhaps abused atomizer?

to answer your question:I don't know. The first user of each would probably "break in" the atomizer during his evaluation. Clean it (all details of that would have to be standardized) and forward it. I would hope the atty could last though this and not end up abused.
Does this forum have enough 'clout' to make it worth while? We aren't the biggest, just the best.

| Modified thought here:
I just read a members comments, basically a mini review, of a model I don't have and now want to try one. Some of us have several models and if 5 were selected and several "experienced vaporers" provided a standardized review of all five then that might be equivalent to a Round Robin.
To be useful to someone making a decision based on this review the models would have to be available from several sellers and somewhat inexpensive.
A good guess would be the 201, 401, 510, 901, and the 084.
The 701, 601 cigar and pipe are somewhat specialized. The customs, although great cost more. The disposables contaminate our environment. I don't have them all, but would be willing to get them if you guys would invite me in.
