I figured this out after staring at a bunch of forums about cart fillers. Guess what your gonna use. Go ahead Guess. Lipton Pyramid Teabags!!! I thought this up while sucking on a burt addy and said WTF i need to be able to fix this. THen i remember a thread saying the bags don't melt. Ok go grab an atty you burned the wick on.One that you can access the wick and bridge on. Preferably an exposed atomizer. Like the volcano's or i think the 801's.

Step 1 Yank the old wick out. Use a paperclip or toothpick to push it through and just pull it out with tweezers or your fingers. you don't need to get it all out.

Step 2. Empty the Teabag and cut off the 3 sealed edges youll have a large rectangle.

Step 4. Estimate the distance from the inside of your bridge to the element. Double that and cut a strip just a few mm longer.

Step 5. Now make a fold on the thin edge almost as wide as your bridge.

Step 6. Use your judgment on this one. Now roll that fol in the same direction about 4-6 times. Remember it needs to fit under your bridge folded in half.

Step 7. cut the excess off and fold your roll in half ok here's the tricky part. Hold your new wick by the fold and press the other end in and down to your element. You may need to use tweezers or a paperclip.

Step 8. Now press the top in make sure it sits snugly in there.

Go ahead Drip/Dip and vape.

This makes it harder to flood your atty and it hold a ton of juice. No more dip vape 4 puffs and dip again you can now wait a while longer but be carefull there won't be a stinging burning taste to tell you you need more juice. But if you've been dipping/dripping for a while you'll know when you need more.

I can blast 6 drops on my Blu atty and not lead a single one but try it out little at first and work up from there. Btw blu carts only hold about 5 drops LOL so now the atty holds more than the cart hope you like this i do with my Ghetto Usb rig. I will post pics later. I should have taken them while doing this or made a short video. but they will come. Enjoy

I think most commercial attys use a NiChrome 60, or close equivalent, in 38 ga.
Go for it.
Bored is just an excuse for someone with OCD,

Just checked the MSDS for Polyethylene terephthalate polymer (PET).

Which i should have done earlier... (DOH) But it doesn't become an inhalation hazard until 347ºF (175ºC) at which point it releases combustable gasses and may ignite.

Atty's don't get that hot right? like they shouldn't get over 100 degrees celsius Provided you keep em wet. Otherwise we'd have VG converting to that oxidizing gas i forget the name. Right?

If that's what the Pyramid tea bags are made out of, don't worry...

If they do release a toxic cloud, you'll all be buried en masse...

I used to live about 5 miles from the papermill that made almost ALL the world's teabag paper...

Time to go dumpster diving!

I don't think the PTB is a paper product but a plastic product to make us all safer.

I've never had PTB melt*, though I have heard of the blue foam melting.

It may take HV, but I have no way of checking.

*Though I've only lost 2 atomizers in 10 months; first one was an Dse084 that just quit and the other was a clone 510 that I blew away on the air compressor (wires separated), but my friends showed me how to repair it someday with solder & wire. (Thanks guys!)

Maybe I just have good luck!

(Contently puffing away on his GreenCig carto wishing he was on Bourbon St. right now... just watching the world go by.)
