| The Christmas present no vendor wants...but we are going to make the best of it, ya'll.
Our new blog post explains it all HERE
Long story short, instead of crying into our (e)juice and switching to a payment processor with steep fees, we're going with Dwolla. Their extremely low fee will enable us to keep our prices low and budget friendly. We're even celebrating by giving away one free 15ml bottle with every purchase placed on our site.
Now that's turning lemons into icy lemon drops, lol. |

| We were using WePay and they didn't even contact us. Dwolla has been great to work with and they just celebrated their 1st anniversary. They will also spot you up to $500 (o.a.c.) if you're running short. If we have to go thru a credit card processor, we'll end up having to raise our prices =( |

| I know your a good guy Tek I encourage you to look further into Dwolla, they are right for this industry. Quote: |
Still not convinced? If Dwolla continues piling on transactions at its current rate, you might be soon. In December 2010, the company was processing about $500,000 of transactions per week. By June 2011, they were processing $1 million per day.

Since Ebay owns PayPal, I don't think they'll welcome any competition, especially one who can do it so much cheaper. I know you can use Dwolla to send money to people via Facebook and Twitter, so maybe instead of listing your merchandise on Ebay a person could use FB or Twitter to market it. |

| You don't use credit cards with Dwolla so it completely cuts them (& their rules and fees) out of the loop. You link a bank account through a secure network and you are issued a customer ID number to use with any merchants that accept Dwolla. You will never have to give out your personal banking information or credit card information on our website. It's a lot like check by phone. I've had a Dwolla account for months with no issues at all. |

Giving that info out scares Me big-time. I've got about 10 people headed to hella that want the lemon drop liquid I shared with them on Christmas. They are not gonna like that either. There's got to be a better way. I'm out and need more!

| Thank you so much for sharing our juice with your friends! You rock! I've got a message into customer service at Dwolla and I'm going to ask them about the #ss and/or drivers license issue and see if there's any way around it. I also sent you a pm, I think I have a temp. solution so you can get more Icy Lemon Drop |

| Here's the response I got from Dwolla this morning regarding the #ss/drivers license issue. I understand why they want certain info but I also understand everyone's concern as well.
We'll continue to check out other payment options so everyone is taken care of and we appreciate everyone's kind words and encouragement.
Chris,
Thank you for your email and for being pro-active in inquiring about your customers safety. A customer may become flagged for additional verification for several reasons listed in the attached link: http://help.dwolla.com/customer/port...ation-?t=47560
The fastest way and the default option is to enter the SSN number but if the individual doesn't want to do this we give them the photo identification option. Here are the valid forms of ID we accept: http://help.dwolla.com/customer/port...to-id-?t=47561
Occasionally if they enter an SSN and we are not able to verify it then we will require a photo ID as well hence having them give both.
Please let us know if you have any further questions,
Dwolla Support
If you haven't checked it out yet, here's our blog post on HellaVapor.com regarding the payment situation --> http://www.hellavapor.com/blogs/news/5005712-credit-card-companies-hate-us-so-were-gonna-give-our-juice-away |

NOT a good idea! | How do you prevent false payments when someone is stealing your phone?
Unless they have your pass word this would be impossible. It would not be any different than someone stealing your debit card.
A none issue, but thanks for pointing it out. |
