Hey Everybody,

I joined Vapeatron about a year ago, I did the vaping thing with my Njoy Npro for awhile, then went back to analogs. I'm recently trying to get back into vaping, but I've got some frustrations / concerns:

1 - I held on to my e-liquid bottles that I purchased from Vermont Vapor. Kept them refrigerated and inside a box to eliminate exposure to light. Is e-liquid known to spoil after awhile? Just trying to be safe.

2 - I've been using Fluval material and filling my own carts, with replacement batteries and atomizers for the Njoy Npro (RN-4081, I believe). Frankly, I'm just frustrated with it, which is probably why I gave up on vaping in the first place. It's just not consistent enough, always crapping out on me in random intervals, until the juice gradually makes its way down to the atomizer for a few more hits. There are an AWFUL lot of e-cig models out there, who can suggest a better one than the Npro? Something that lasts longer, and can hold more juice, something more reliable.

Thanks Everyone!

Flavor. Vapor. Quality. See why Johnson Creek is America's Smoke Juice.

If you kept your Vt Vapor in a dark box in the frige, you should be OK. VTVAPOR is a member here, you can send them a PM and I'm sure they'll be glad to help!

The CE2's are more consistent, IMO, because you don't have to have the filler saturated to wet the wick. If there is juice in them, they hit. Sometimes it's best to tip the unit battery up for a sec to wet the ceramic, but no need to wait. You might also keep 2 units with ya, so you can alternate them, so when you are hitting one, the other is getting the atty wet. It took me a little while to get used to the CE2's, wasn't sure they were worth the effort, but the taste and consistency is much better than regular carts.

Last nov i started with a njoy npro from 7-11. I could not take it, it was so bad, i mean i could not vape with it. Any way i ordered a pig cig from lecig, its a 650 mah batt <should last 6 times longer then the orignal njoy> and its not much bigger then a analog black n mild cigar, <cause of the larger batt>. At the same time, i started playing with mods, and making my own, then i got to 6 volt and vari volt vapeing, and i figured some thing out. It takes a large battery to get the vapor required for me, and i find i had to step up to a higher mg nic juice to quit, now i have found what i like and what works in a pv for me, and a juice i am very happy with...

we can set you up if you wanted to, cause life is good, and i give mods away every week on a show i do on thirsday nights 10-12 est...

Hey AWB, welcome back. I started with the RN4081(smokestick) battery and was quickly frustrated with battery life and general performance. Went to the 808(nebula) next and still was not happy with battery life and performance. Then went to the 510(eGo/eGo-T) batteries and was very happy with battery life and performance. I say "was" because though I still highly recommend them, I have found even better with Romaniac's NoEgo. The eGo batteries cost me around 15-20 dollars (for the whole unit) and the NoEgo 14500 only cost me 25 and I only replace the 14650 battery (which is very cheap) and keep the unit. Much better vape too. He also has an 18650 for I believe 35.

Both Romaniac and Lecig (mentioned in the previous post) can help you with any questions or concerns and both have superior customer service.

At the very least, ditch the polyfill in the carts. You can make a Zero Filler Mod cartridge from a regular 510 atty, the silicone cap that comes with them, and a straw. It's still a tiny reservoir, though. You may want to look into the "Tank" atomizers, the large kind holds 1.8 mL. They fit on the eGo type ecig mentioned above (does anyone know if they fit on the pigcig?).

There are also several box mods with juice feed systems, where a juice bottle is built into the mod, and pressing on it squeezes juice up through a small tube into the atomizer.

Personally, I just drip, and use a big battery tube mod.

Heh, yeah, but you also like Everclear (shudder).

Also, *I think* the Pig Cig/eGo etc. size ecigs are about the smallest sized batteries that will perform adequately for the largest group of people. Those little batteries in the mini and super-mini sizes just don't have what it takes, except for very light smokers (5-10 cigs per day).

Another thing that causes some people to have trouble: they try to get by with a juice that doesn't have enough nicotine for *them*. Everyone is different. I remember a year ago, it seemed the forums were full of people cautioning against using higher levels of nicotine. "The whole point" is to get off of nicotine, right? Wrong. The point is to stop smoking cigarettes. The rest can be dealt with after that goal is accomplished.
