LOL! GWP.

On what grounds can they ban PVs on flights? What if there is no nic in it? Does that mean farting is banned as well? Looks like maybe no more of Wizard's farting vapor rings aboard flights

Following the links in the article...

Quote:
This NPRM proposes an explicit ban on the use of electronic cigarettes in all forms, including but not limited to electronic cigars, pipes and devices designed to look like everyday products such as pens. The ban does not include the use of a device such as a nebulizer that delivers a medically beneficial substance to a user in the form of a vapor.

LOL

I think RY4 just hit on the ultimate end-run around any future ban.

Repurpose all ecigs as subligual vitamin/suppliment delivery devices... with the standard disclaimer, "These claims have not been evaluated by the FDA", that you see on every bogus health pill/liquid/herbal on the market.

Yeah... maybe there's a minor percent or two of nicotine (niacin anyone?) in the list of ingredients along with the main homeopathic beneficials in the "health vapor".

Bonus question: What percent of the total volume of a solution must an "active ingredient" occupy to be considered a Homeopathic remedy?

Double bonus question: Describe the scientific principle that allows H2O to have a "memory" of other molecules it has been in contact with at any dilution?

That's one of those I don't believe it,
but
don't bet against it theories

Most everything in my house has a memory.

At least anything that was around when I opened that bottle of flavor,
yeah, you know the one.

Are you working with homeopathic remedies?
It's sort of strange how some things defy standard science.
If it can't be explained, mainstream science doesn't accept it.
One day we will probably know for sure.

as far as health benefits, I'm planning on releasing a line of pre-mixed cure-all juices. All are the same flavor. Identify your ailment when you order and your bottle of

Rocket's

+cBOHCL

will be custom labeled just for you.

That depends on your definition of "working with".

What's your opinion on Nicotine therapy for neurological maladies?
Another one of those not-politically correct treatments that seems to show promise.

No !
don't go giving away my secrets

I will say the there are some things in Chemistry and Physics that we have formed highly probable theories about, but they remain theories.

We do not understand everything yet.

Homeopathy, placebos, faith healing, hypnotics, electro-shock therapy (well, maybe not that one) have curative properties that just can't be explained by textbook science.

Homeopathy and placebos likely "work" for the same reasons, LOL! James Randi has been talking about it for decades.

Anyone should be able to decide what is acceptable on their own private property, but a government regulatory agency needs to be able to show just cause, in my opinion. If I was on that plane, I'd have been cussing that jackass.

Disclosure: I vape on planes, but I'm discrete. This guy was being an ass.

I would say that nicotine is medically necessary to keep us from going bonkers and having a nic fit.

My daughter has asthma, and one of her nebulizers is really small and compact. Some of the mods I've seen kind of remind me of it a bit. Although it is loud and makes tons of vapor that is loaded with her meds. Another thought - could a vape setup be modified as an asthma nebulizer?

I agree! I'm vaping horny goat weed juice right now! ( I actually did see that supplement available on line. It's suppose to help charge up your libido. I thought the name was hilarious!)

hey Rose, As a medical professional, read the potential risks and indications from using some natural herbs mad from ground up plants. Especially that one.

Dosing can not be controlled with most ground up leaves.

(all brands of tea are not the same)

An overdose (and how much is that?) of HGW can lead to an elevated heart rate and pressure, some of the bad things that come along with that.
Someone with heart problems to start with could end up in the emergency room.
That sure would fool the ER staff.
