When recognition is warranted I believe we should talk about it. I bought a DSE 901 from "esmoke4life'' along with some other stuff, one of the items was a manual battery for the 901. Not ever owning a 901 I did not know the manual batteries would not fit into the charger without an adapter or a pass through. So I e-mailed them today to ask about if maybe they forgot to ship an adapter so I could charge my manual battery.

They replied saying that they use the pass through for charging the manual battery and that they would just send me a pass through for free so I could charge my manual battery. That is true customer service, above and beyond as far as I am concerned.

So once again thank you "esmoke4life''

Just when you think it could not get any better, it just did. "esmoke4life'' just e-mailed me to tell me that they are also sending the adapter for the battery also. Thank you Marta, you are a true class act. This just shows that Marta is in this business for the long term committed to their customers.

Like I mentioned above I think when a Vendor or Manufacturer shows that customer relationship is part of the overall conduct of business it should be recognized.

I think we have a very special group of people running the Electronic Cigarette business's. Which with hope other companies would follow..

I need to give thanks yet to another Vendor showing exceptional customer relations. I bought a Silver Bullet kit from Rob at Alt Smoke and after a couple of weeks the battery charger died. I e-mailed Rob about the problem and like a true Vendor looking out for the interest of his customers told me he would send me a new one. The new one just arrived today. Thanks Rob.
When Vendors Care for their customers the customer cares for the vendor and wants to support the vendors endeavors. I will most assuredly buy from Rob again with great confidence that he is one of the good guys.

I think we need to start a section acknowledging who the good guys are. I noticed someone started a post to show who the bad guy are, but we need one for who the good guys are as well.

I have to thank Marta and Tom from smoke4life as mentioned above about how they took care of the problem, Marta also sent me a bottle of e-juice that she said she happened to like. She thought I might enjoy it also, so when my parts were received Marta added at no cost a bottle of the e-juice.

Mick: A couple of days ago, VapedDreams was posting a kudo for a supplier on the suppliers list thread and another member, Rocketman I think, suggested he put it on the "Importance in finding the right seller" thread so he did and I put one on there, too (I think). Anyway, check that one out.
