Adam has responded to my e-mail with the following quote:

"We do not extract nicotine ourselves. Not only would it be cost prohibitive, it would be dangerous. Instead, we purchase the nicotine we use from a US company that has already verified the purity and had labs performed."

This is great news! It's nice to know that if we purchase your liquid, we won't be sucking on nicotine liquid that was extracted/pre-made in China.

A bit of advice... it would be a good business move to place this information on your website. I am not the only one who assumed that your liquid was "mixed entirely by you" with possible pre-made liquid from China. It was actually another member from a different forum who had pointed this out, which got a lot of wheels spinning. I suppose he should have just simply asked you, as I did. But I do believe placing this info on your site would only increase your business.

Thank you Linda and Adam for your responses. I will be placing a large order by Wednesday. Hope you had a great Labor Day Weekend!

P.S. It's nice to know we have a future attorney distributing e-liquid. The more legal expertise we have on our side, the better.

Take care!

E-Smokey

I would like to clarify a negative implication in one of my previous posts in this thread with regards to juice made in China. I still buy some of my juice from China, I try to be cautious when I do and it is my personal choice to do this. I also buy from VtVapor. I place great trust in VtVapor's juice, with it being totally of U.S. origin. Read the reviews given by VapeAtron members about the various flavors, and don't pass up the 250ml size of 35mg/ml unflavored (my idea ).

OK, back to business as usual, I just don't like leaving negative comments when they aren't deserved. Hope I never have to get myself a good lawyer because of my posts here.

I, myself, have nothing against Chinese juice. Heck, I have 40 10ml bottles in front of me right now from best e-cig and I enjoy their juice. And they are the ones that put us in the game, those good ol' China-men. But, I simply would like to start putting my trust in a USA manufacturer, personally.

The only thing that concerns me right now is all the studying I've been doing on VG and how it creates Acrolein (toxic) when heated over 280 C. What are your thoughts on this Rocketman and Adam?

If you ever do need a good lawyer, you should be able to hire Adam in about a year from what Linda pointed out :-)

Adam did address this very subject back a month or 2 ago on this forum. I tried searching for it so I could include the link but didn't remember which forum the subject had come up......

Edit: Found it @ E-Cigarette & E-Liquid Suppliers & Manufacturers

Start at about post 102, it's a real long thread.
Take your filled up cartridge (with VG based juice) and look at it in the light.
Don't you see it absorbing moisture out of the air?
It is. It won't never get to 280C. Used to happen in my cigar humidor. Needed something to suck the water out of the air down here in Louisiana.
10 % water in the VG and the boiling point is even lower (about 284F/140C)

An even better mix (what I generally use) is 50/50 VG/PG. The water content being somewhat unknown, but there none the less. If the base I am mixing is VG, I cut it with PG and versus vissus
Maybe I'll boil a little to see what the boiling point is.
Add a little ethanol (5%) to drop the boiling point even more.
Yes some of the PG or VG distills out at the heating coil, but most (?) boils off harmlessly (I hope). I don't like vaping PG because the way it's made, and the same for synthetic VG.

I suggest that those in the know consider a cool mix of 40% PG, 40% VG, 15% water, 5% Ethanol (optional). Not including the Nicotine in the above percentages of course. Some of the above percentages would have to be reduced about 2.4% for 24mg/ml Nic juice, and a little more for flavor (need to know the base for the flavoring).

The 50/50 base seems, at least to me, to cause a lot less throat discomfort. Atomizers don't seem to get all "gunked up", and I seldom get the "burning plastic mop bucket makes me want to puke" taste.

The Rocket
(flashing his opinion at you)

one day grasshopper, you will realize the importance of becoming one with your atomizer.
