| I wonder if they would let an asthma patient use a nebulizer on a flight? They are very noisy and produce much more vapor. Not defending the guy who was an asshat on that flight, just wondering. |

| The airlines, or other businesses can keep you from vaping, screwing, even kick you out for being ugly, or wearing strange clothing, or no clothing.

| I just think that vapers can keep from vaping on airlines, at the movies, or in the doctor's office. There is no need to bring attention to themselves. My theory is, don't drag out your PV anywhere that you would not light up a ciggy. |

The only lattitude I feel it gives me is now to be able to vape inside my house and car, two places I would never actually smoke in.
I would like to read the actual news report to see exactly what happened.
The only thing I could find as far as regulations was here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/0..._n_821828.html
Even then, I couldn't find anything that said the ban was officially put in place. |

| Do you vape around kids? The FDA swat team may be coming through your door one day
(BATF may get involved with vapers if things with stacked battery mods don't improve. Since it is illegal to make a pipe bomb.)

| Just found Continental's policy: http://www.continental.com/web/en-US...dangerous.aspx
At the end of the 'lighters and matches' section, is explicity states that continental prohibits electonic 'smoking' devices. |

As a familly, if we were walking somewhere and I had wanted a cigarette, I would drop back at least 10-20 feet from everyone before lighting up. None of my family who smoked/vaped every did it around the children. Both my brother and I have made the switch from cigs to vaping. We still treat it as if we were smoking when around children and go elsewhere. Even if it's not harmful to the kids, there's still the 'mimicing' their role models thing going on (if that makes any sense). |

| I don't have school aged children. Feeding kids at school just drives up my taxes.
and cuts into my beer money.

I would think a turkey sandwich would be better that eating ground up chicken bones formed into a nugget.YUCK!!! |

| I vape at a few of the local restaurants, where I know the owners and have permission. I think most people are open to the idea if you ask first and aren't being an a$$hole about it. I've decided to vote with my dollars on the airlines. No vaping, cavity searches, see through your clothes scanners . . . No thanks. If I can't drive there, I'm not going.
