| Here it is 
Made from a DollarStore 3 for a dollar Ball Point Pen, and maybe even enough left over material to make another.
The pen screws apart into 2 major pieces.
Several options on where to cut it but I decided to use one of my CE2-510, regular length cartos.
Using a cheap needle file from my $3 set from Harbor Freight, I made a cut into the Stainless Steel shell and picked up a small tip of the metal. Then made a shallow cut all the way around the carto with the file. Using a pair of DollarStore Pliers pulled the strip of metal around the carto. Remove the o-rings and remove the carto guts.
Using the same file, I marked the clear part of the pen and using a Harbor Freight hacksaw blade (3 for $1) cut off the part I wanted. Smoothed (I don't use the term smoothered anymore) the cut edge with some sandpaper (you girls could use an emery board).
Ready to assemble.

Gonna vape test it first.
OK, A regular CE2, not an XL and I got 1.6ml in it.
Whoa, a Rocket mod in only 2 posts.
The cut off clear part (with threads) fits the CE2 connector pretty good. I put a small bead of Super Glue Gel around the connector and pushed it into the plastic piece from the bottom. I haven't decided which o-ring works best, the soft top or the notched one. Disassemble for cleaning if that's your thang.
And all the tools needed to do this mod.
And you guys didn't get to spread this out over 700 posts, either, 
Thinking, cutting, gluing, picture taking, vape testing and posting under two hours.

| I saw these little tube-like containers of something at the tobacconists' place a while back that were called Wicked or Wicked X or something like that. The tubes could probably be modded, much like the mini hookahs, into an awesome juice reservoir.
