| Hey Tek, Decided to start a tread on the coffin mod. Maybe others might have an interest, maybe not.... but now everything I look at, I'm thinking mod...  I checked out ebay as you suggested and found some coffin cigarette cases at some cheap prices--- and purses whawhoo. I think the picture of the single case is of the one you previously did. I posted pictures below of the cig cases I found that I like so far. The one of 8 is a good deal. You get 4 of them in a set for a good price. However, seller stated designs were randomly picked. Picky me had to email the seller and ask if I could choose mine so waiting to hear back on that. Can ya guess which 4 I want. I know you can mod probably anything but let me know if these will work for mods.  |

Yes, they are bada$$ed!!! There is also a coffin purse I have looked at for years but never would fork out a couple of hundred for. Found one on ebay for $25 w/free shipping. May be a knock off, don't know, but looks the exact same and says by the same maker.. anyway, for $25, may get that and use for my vape supplies on the go. | |

I just use a plain Jane eGo case. I've been looking for something more "expressive" to use, but am in the same boat, don't want to spend a boat load of money on anything. I'm kinda cheap.  <--As in cheapskate, not easy, dirtyminds.

| I'm a cheapskate too. Here are some picks of the ones I'm looking at, there is one other but still haven't found any deals on that one. The black regularly goes for around 50-60 dollars and the red dang near 300 dollars. | |

And right in time for Halloween. To me, that one looks better made than the others but hard to tell in a photo. The seller contacted me back on the 4pk deal and says they are pre-packaged and can't separate... yea, I just bet so... anyway found a place online that has them even cheaper than he did. | |

| I will be throwing up a diy coffin mod thread as soon as the rest of the cheap parts come in from china. It takes a month or so, but should all be in by next week. This will be my first true mod tutioial on the forum, so i may need a rocky consult on how to do it..
For the specific one right there, if you wanted to copy it right now, i used, a 2xaa batt box, a 1k 15 turn pot, 2 ten uf capacitors, 1 220 ohm resistor, 1 lt1084it <or lt1084it#pbf aka lead free> 5 amp adj regulator, a rad shack 3 amp switch, a led display, and a connector.. the parts if bought on line can be found between ebay, digi key and mad vapes.. but ill have a tutioial up asap... | |
