| A couple more pictures as I keep changing the assembly method.
Sometimes even to the better. Sometimes not.
This is the switch mounting for the Flame flashlight which is now out of stock locally.
The short contact in the switch is sanded/filed to remove the chrome in a small spot, and tinned with silver bearing leadfree solder. I take the switch apart to do the soldering. Then a tinned 20 to 22 gauge stranded wire (speaker wire, from cheap speakers, not monster cable) is soldered to it. The switch reassembled. A 3/8 inch cut washer about 1.003 inches in diameter is notched with a small file and the switch glued to the washer. The wire will be bent over the edge of the washer, in the groove, and the glue allowed to dry. A little around the solder joint might help stabilize the contact.
The washer to flashlight fit is too tight so a little bit of filing is needed on the flashlight and or washer. The ID of the flashlights I have is about .980 inch. A five thousands interference can be pressed together with a vice. More than that needs a press.
Now waiting for the glue to dry (and they lie, it is NOT 5 minute epoxy).
Wait for at least a day then press the washer into the flashlight. Check that the switch is below flush and trim the wires afterward.
That's the only solder joint that has to be made.
I put a little dab of solder in the 510 connector at the other end but if you are afraid (this is heat sensitive unless you remove the center contact) it isn't really needed. Stops a little juice leakage into the battery compartment.

I use the 36mG/mL juice, and it's running low. It's time to go to VtVapor.com and get some more Tobacco and Mocha, just as soon as my hands stop jittering...

| I sure hope all you folks out there appreciate what we are doing for you all.
We are not doing this for the fun of it. This is completely unselfish on our part. Just trying to bring you the best product at the best price.
(think they bought it?)
And "it's running low" means you are dipping into your 2 year stash in cold storage?
Beach cabana, Grand Cayman, here I come

This is not a good hobby for people with OCD, for sure...
Um, how many cars do YOU have?

| Ok i have spent the last few days reading this whole forum and the evolution of several different MODS. After many hours of enjoyment(and thinking that i really want to be home in my garage with my tools), I have come to a realization. I started looking at vapeing as a cheaper alternative to smoking. After seeing all the fun that everyone is having making there very own Frankensteins, Im in trouble cause I love tinkering with things like this.

| I have spent a lot on e-cigs building a stash, experimenting with mods, but still less than rebuilding one big-block.
Pick one, make it, vape it, move on.
Let us know how you do, and stay in touch.

Hope you're not OCD as well. A trip to the hardware store becomes an expedition to find a cool housing. A trip to the Dollar store becomes an expedition to find a cool housing. A trip to the grocery store becomes an expedition to find a cool housing. A trip to the Salvation Army store...

| I have a bad habbit of tweaking EVERYTHING. My wife says im OCD, but my reply is "I don't want my stuff to look like everyone else's." Unfortunatly im not where i can start Moding myself yet. I have been looking all over at mods though and have decided to try a JuiceBox. If anyone could point me in the right direction to buy one it would be much appreciated.

| Going to try to get her to stop smoking also, but she doesnt want to try an e cig till i get home. So after i make sure that my inventions dont explode, shock, or in any way are harmful then she said she would try them out. And the smoking Rituals involve a Hooka, much more fun to set around and smoke with the family.

| Package came in today. I have some 3000mah ultrafire batteries on charge now,
If charge time is any indication, these things just might have more capacity than the 2400mah ones I have been using. Sometimes milliamphour claims are a little optimistic (or a down right fib) but these seem to be taking one heck of a long time to charge.
I will start one in the morning and see. Let you know tomorrow night.

| Alternated mostly between two MODS Saturday using the 3000mah ultrafire batteries. Both were still going. Continued with the same two today and one got too low to vape after about 7 more hours, the other is still going. Need to do some more charging and vaping to see if the 3000 is realistic. But this is still a lot less stress than charging little batteries all the time.
