The amount of labor involved would be prohibitive even with my advanced manufacturing facility
I got a lot of enjoyment doing this thread. Now if I could find a cheap source for KONG
housings, that would be a different story.
Best of luck, and Happy Holidays.

| Swamp Lady sent me to the store today (BIG Mistake).
OCD kicked in.
Before the grocery, a stop by Advanced Auto, No cheap e-cig cases, darn.
Then on to Home Depot, stocking stuffer flashlights. Here's some cell photos of a 2 for $5 (bought) FLAME LED Flashlight, assortment for $10 and a Ryobi 4 volt for $20 (didn't bought).
The selection of dollar flashlights is limited, but if you're ready to spend the big bucks ($2.50), the selection is wide open.

| Whoops forgot to save this post.
Problem with the 2 for $5 Home Depot Flames.
Which end is going to be UP?.
Executive Desk E-Cig? Can you picture it?
Just can't leave these alone. LED comes out the same as the others, Blam. The switch is installed much tighter (high-end product here)but is the SAME switch. The big end is bigger than a quarter and I'm not dumping 50 cents into this thing. 3/8 washer is about an inch and the big end is 0.984. Doable. Switch epoxied to the washer, pressed in far enough to allow the flashlight to stand up, some sort of tubing shim for the atty connector at the little end. No solder, no wiring, and again, a FREE switch. I have some 801 attys and connectors coming. These will probalby be easier to fit to the small end. But the 510 method used earlier can probably be adapted. Home Depot has silver, blue and red. I have silver, blue, and red 801 attys coming, psychic or what? This will be hot folks. A stand up, desk e-cig and I think I can get the 18650 in it also. Be careful the black finish isn't that tough, but for the office, these will be just 2kool.
Everybody head out to Home Depot, just not MY Home Depot.
Editing again. Two of these would make a GREAT Christmas Present. One as a pen holder and the other as a DeskCig.

I KNEW there was something I liked about you!
OCD, e-cigs, mods, and looking for 'material'. Yup. You're hooked!
I can't go into ANY store without looking around for something sleek that will hold the right size battery and atomizer and look cool!

| yep,
nickels, two of them in the little end. Knew I would come up with something. Nickel is hard to drill. Course they are gonna have to be leetle nickles . $2.50 for the flashlight, a washer to mount the free switch, and $0.10 worth of nickels (had to cut corners somewhere).
The perfect accessory for the executive that has everything, the DeskCig.
And another edit:
I left the house today with one, yup just one TrailerPark and a little dropper bottle of juice. Now I wasn't gone that long but I have never left the house with just one e-cig (and my blanky).
Next time it will be with an extra atomizer. What if my atty died?
One e-cig, man it's really nice to finally get your meds adjusted.

That means I have to go back and get more.
As a side note I tried making a video and could not get it to upload. I don't do youtube. The modification to the switch can be done in 1 min 38 sec
A little longer, but still less than 2 min if you cut the spring. Of course I've done a few of these.
Anyone want to upload a video to youtube for me?

| Two cell phone videos sent. Really tough keeping fingers out of the way reworking the little switch, and it took way over 2 minutes. The LEDs were removed in 18 seconds.
I will have to practice making videos, and learn how to youtube.
I hope someone can get a idea of how simple this is. The flashlights from the dollar store, the parts store, and Home Depot all had the same little switch so this should apply to almost any of the "cheapo" flashlights.
and D, the postman has your Trailer Park.

I know the video was full of fingers but combined with the photos in this thread I think someone could do the switch conversion. What didn't come through real clear was sanding off the little notches of the "ball point pen" parts to eliminate the "click". The switch would still work but the click is a little annoying.
I would like someone to try it and let me know if more info is needed. If this keeps up and I'm going to end up sending one to Rick for a review
(He's already got the 18650 bats and 510 attys)

What you heard was not the big bang. Aim this thing in a safe direction.

I couldn't hear nuttin'!!! I could sure see fingers, though! For a second there it looked like they were going to come out of the screen at me!
Don't make me switch over to Windoze!!
As far as the batteries on eBay, the ONLY time I ever got ripped off was buying something from Honk-Honk. I'll try BatteryJunction or AW first...
