| Thought I'd share my latest little case for my mega XL cartomizers. I like being able to bring a couple prefilled ones with me and not have to worry about filling on the go. I like having them in a case so they are contained if there is a leak and also to keep dust, dirt, pocket link, etc out of them.
The best thing I have come up with so far is to notch out the plastic battery cases. The battery cases worked fine without modification for regular size cartos, but these new mega ones are just too long with the rubber mouth piece, so they need to be cut.
I just made this one last night and used a razor blade and pair of pliers. The thing to do is drill them so you have a nice tight fit and it will just look better. I also take a little piece of paper towel and put it in there at the bottom in case they leak out of the connector. I might try and add some really thin foam inside to prevent the irritating rattle while walking.
Anyone else have any ideas on carrying these monsters around? |
