| Not everyone is as crazy as I am, to carry a flashlight, or box mod through a TSA checkpoint, so here's a little mod that might help out if you are planning a trip.
An eGo flashlight and eGo mega cartos (mostly plastic).
I used a 5 chip, 50ma white LED, a 10 ohm 1/8 watt resistor and potted it in.
Sort of looks like a commercial flashlight, sort of, maybe

| This uses part of a Steel eGo DC Mega carto. You would have to use something like a copper pipe cap and a 510 carto connector to mate to a 510 SB.
Paint the copper silver and it would be close.
The voltage out of the eGo needed a 10 ohm resistor. Anything higher would need a higher resistor.
