| So this morning I went to take my recharging 901s battery out of its charger. I unscrewed it and pulled it out and it took a second to notice but there was a wire hanging out. Apparently I didnt unscrew it at all. The threaded connection is still stuck in the charger and the rest of the battery is in my hand. And I cant get the part thats stuck in the charger out. Its still screwed in and it is so recessed into the unit that theres no way to get it unscrewed. Even with tweezers theres nothing to grip onto.
So apparently I'm out 1 battery and 1 charger. I have a spare battery but no way to charge it. I have a usb passthru, so I can only vape at my desk at home.
Will the 901s battery fit into any other models charger? I'm thinking of picking up another model to try and since I now need to shop for a new charger too, maybe I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. |

| I think most chargers are unique to the model you have. Unless they specifically say "this charger will work with other model XYZ", then it wont.
You might want to try here or ECF, in trades, and see if someone wants to trade you or sell cheaply a used 901 charger. That'd be best bet. |

| Can't you just disassemble the charger?
If not, you could try pinching the end of the tube that the connector came out of to narrow it a tiny bit, and try to use the battery itself to unscrew it.

| Here's a very important tidbit of info regarding e-cig chargers...
>> DO NOT screw in the batteries tight AT ALL <<
There is only a teeny weeny solder joint holding that threaded piece there, and any rotational pressure rips it out easily.
Made in China...indeed indeed. |

| I had the very same question about using a 901 charger to charge an 801 battery. I posted on another forum (sorry, it was before I discovered this one ). But anyway, I compared my specs for my 901 to someones 801 and the 801 is rated a higher amperage. 901 = 0.1A and the 801 was 200mh, or 0.2A. Not being an electrical expert, I have no idea how this would affect the charging. And besides that, the thredding could be different. However, I am a cheapskate and I want to be able to try all the different models, so I might just order just the 801 atomizer and battery and see if it fits/works in my 901 charger |

| It won't. I have both 801, 4072, 4075, 901, 801(with manual/auto switch).
901-4075 ARE compatible
801-4072 ARE compatible
801(with switch) is different size all together.
I can understand about being cheap. My recommendation would be order either (Atomizer, battery, USB charger) or (Atomizer, USB Passthrough). Both would cost the same.
Advantages:
Atomizer, battery, usb charger = $35. Can use it, try it, no problems. But no smoking it when your battery runs out.
Atomizer, Passthrough = $30. Use it as long as you want as long as your near a PC or APC. |

Buying a charger, atomizer and battery is still way cheaper than the starter kits. Would be nice to have a UNIVERSAL charger; hint hint to all you electronic experts out there |
