| OK, after repeated testing here's my version on how to fix a leaking Boge Revolution.
Pop open the cover along the switch side using a knife or a small screwdriver gently. Important update: BEFORE prying off the end cap there is a screw on the inside which holds the led lens and reaches up into the end cap from underneath, so make sure you remove that from inside before removing the end cap! Otherwise you will have trouble sealing the end cap again!Remove the mouth peice and cart, remove the 4 screws surrounding the mouth piece and pry off the end cap of the unit. Clean off any condensation and wipe with alcohol. Spread a thin layer of silicone caulk (food grade preferably) over the entire flat area and reinstall the end cap over top. Make sure the hole for the mouth piece is clean of any excess caulk that may have squeezed out. Snap side cover back on and wait for caulk to dry per manufacturer's recommendations.
This should solve you condensate leaking into the electronics part of the unit. There will always be condensate present inside the air passage way of the unit, but it is sealed and shouldn't cause any issues with the operation of the PVD.
After repeated tests I found that air was leaking from the atty chamber side across the top towards the mouth piece side depositing condensate here which would leak down the side of the case onto the sensor pad. Once cleaned and sealed the unit returns to normal operation.

| Storminyte already has. Said it took 15 min for her
Im modding one very shortly and wanted to see if there was a 510 connector that had a screw on collar instead of press fit so I could avoid glue or epoxy if possible. Im not a big fan of non positive mechanical connections if I can avoid them.

| Disconnect. The contacts on the batt holder/negative contact bent due to sloppy operator manipulation. I was never able to reestablish reliable electrical integrity; got tired of screwing with it. I HAVE THE PARTS,I HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY, I CAN REBUILD HIM.

| First i thought so, and i had some one who i hang out with on skype <a video/voice free call service> who thought the boge revoultion had a 510 in it, and not a one time atty.. so i told them that i would see if any one elese has done it and i would get back to em.. i am very happy that i am not the only loony out here moding any thing..
second, i dont make tooth brushes , thats uncle steve of ... umm... no not yet but every one likes my name i think.
wait i see two 400 mah cells right? does that mean i could mod a circut in to make a vari volt device or at least a regulated 5.5 or 6????

| Yea Tek, it has 2 400 mah LiPo in it, but in parallel. The charging is controlled through the microprocessor though. I'm not sure how you could charge it safely as I don't think there are any cell protections...not sure?

i am looking for smaller ones since this handles a total of 20,000 mah, so yea, but then again i am working at home with 4000 mah cells.. |

| That is pretty cool. I like the fuel gauge at the bottom of the page too but the LED volt meter is cheaper though.
Looks like RC hobby stuff I quess for the 7.4v? How big is it?

| I wish they would make some stuff like that for pairs. That would be ideal for vapers but you have to make it you self it seems. All the RC stuff is too many cells...you can adapt somewhat but not exactly right for us. I (like others) want to charge in place for pairs.

| Thats a cool little charger, I wish they stated the size of it. I already have the 12V battery trickle chargers around too.
