I was called from smoking everywhere trying to sell me cartridges for my e-cig that i just bought the week before from a company that is called smoke anywhere. Im not sure how they received my information but they made it sound like they were the same company and they knew i bought with a credit card and knew what i bought. So naturally i thought it was the same company. They gave me a better deal then the week before and free shipping so i decided to buy more cartridges since i was getting a better deal and the first time i bought from them went perfect.
So i asked the sales woman what credit card do you have as she stated she had my information on file...but then she said her system was down and couldnt get it. So i thought ok...and decieded to giver him my credit card number. After that and while i was still on the phone with her the transaction went through and i saw the money taken out of my account online immediately. That was very fast i told her...and i felt very uncomfortable that it came out that fast...so i asked for a tracking number as she said I would get the shipment in two days. So i hung up and was happy but waiting for the tracking number.

The tracking number never came. And i called back on Monday, as this was a friday, and asked where it was? she gave me the run around. And that is when i found out it wasnt the same company. And asked her how she received all my information. She said she didnt know that she just was handed my phone number to call. So i said Ok...just give me my money back and i will be happy. The manager got on the phone and said that i would get it back that day.
Next day, no money. I called again. They said i would get it back that day. Next day, no money. It is now thursday and i decieded to call the bank and they looked at my account and found that they havent even tried to give me my money back. The bank has put a dispute in and I am confident that i will get my money back. But something is very fishy with this company...

they had my information and what i had bought...their name is smokeing EVERYWHERE and i bought from smoke ANYWHERE. they are both from florida and they both sell the same product.

When I bought from Smoke anywhere...it went perfect...tracking number, everything correct on the order, and shipped early. This company, Smokeing EVERYWHERE, took my money and wont give it back.

Beware, something is fishy with them.

Has anyone else had this problem with this company or any other company doing such a thing? I think we need to tell each other when someone is getting scammed or treated unfairly so that we are aware of it and think twice about buying from that company.

Is this the company?
WOW ! ! !

The first $200 pen style basic kit I have ever seen.

and a
$300 e-pipe kit, hope that atty never dies.

Is this one of the companies that filed suit against the FDA?

...and GOLD Cartridges!

You know the real shame of it is Rocket? People will & do pay those ridiculous prices before they ever find a place like this & get a clue.

Yes, I guess they are the ones.

TAMPA, Fla. -- Smoking Everywhere Inc. has filed a federal complaint seeking an injunction against the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) with respect to the FDA's recent attempts to ban the import of electronic cigarettes.

The really disturbing thing about the OP is that they called him. WTF?

I can understand SPAM or soliciting by snail mail, but if somebody called me to solicit, I would, well,... let's just say I would not be nice to them.

Laz,
I agree with the phone solicitations. I love teller marketers, the wife hates the calls. I view them as "opportunity knocking". Especially if it's a sweet sounding young thing doing phone sales from home. I think I usually get my number permanently taken off their list
We should be cautious with internet sales. There are so many sites for e-cig sales and many try to play on the same theme in their URL. And then there are the "redirects" when browsing. Everyone be careful out there in the Wild Wild Web. Look over web sites very carefully, watch for the itty bitty boxes that will subscribe you to all kinds of things. Watch out for sites that REQUIRE you to register just to find out the shipping cost on your shopping cart.

Attention Sellers: If you plan to be in business for a while, and don't want "Bad Press", don't rip of a VapeAtron member. I bet the other forums feel the same way. This forum is a source of information, a sanctuary for the tobacco oppressed, the paranoid vaporer, and get the $200 basic kits out of here. Straighten up your act.

Late note: I feel for you guys out there trying to make a few bucks off of us. Just try and keep it to a "few bucks" please. I will pay a little extra (just a little) to be treated right. I know that getting your supplies is a little pain and losing a shipment can just about break a small business but I suggest (been there, done that) stay away from pyramid schemes. You will NEVER make it to the 7th level.
Anonymously,
The Rocket

The dude in the video on the about our products page looks like a scammer. maybe stehle can go cruise South Beach for you and get your money back out of this guys face. I saw this website when I first started shopping around but seeing that video made me not want to give up personal info and CC numbers.
They also lie. look at the claim stating a cart is good for 20 cigs. I don't think so. Greensmoke lies about the cart life too "Each cartridge is comparable to a 1-2 packs of tobacco cigarettes" yeah right. These companies will never get my money.

I left a message on their website suggesting they address the telephone solicitation and failure to refund issues on this forum IF they are not running a scam. So if there's no response, we'll have to take that as their answer. Straightening out their business with justall5 will be good for a start, but I'd really like to know how they got his name and phone number. Not good if Smoking Anywhere sold it or gave it to them and if not, Smoking Anywhere should be concerned that somebody with access to that info through them is using it to scam... could an employee be trying to start their own business using SA's customer list and possibly their products? Justall5, go back to them on this because it's clear your purchase was linked to the solicitation.

My son bought me a SE gold kit in Texas to try and get me off the analogs, it worked but right after I registered the warranty SE called and tried to get me set up on a automatic cartridge replenishment subscription. This was a total ripoff high price and no end to it. When I told the gal no she got real nasty and said this was the only way to get carts. I hope every one knows the SE gold kit is a RN4081 and parts can be purchased from many suppliers.

Wow...That is just horrible...
I have never ordered from smokingeverywhere.com, but thanks to the OP, i never will.
I was under the impression that smokingeverywhere.com was reputable due to their popularity...
I often see salesmen at the mall selling 200$ ecigarette kits and handing out business cards with the 'smokingeverywhere' logo.

To the OP,

If model you bought was the RN 4081, I'm pretty sure this site's kits and carts are compatible replacements.

5-pack of carts is $2.95 and starter kits are around $19.75 after the 40% discount code.

Yes. I told smoke anywhere about this and they said they would look into it. I have no idea why they would sell my info as they would make more money if they kept me as a client. But you make a good point...if it is an employee of the company!! Never thought of that.

Maybe there is a way we could put together the companies that are scamming us? Maybe a list to have others look at before they buy from that company...just a thought.
