I have a pen style, mini, and 401. Will the battery last longer if it is not attached to the ecig. How long would a fully charged battery last in storage before it needs to be recharged.

Not actually sure on this one. Interested if anyone knows the part about keeping a charge while disconnected myself.

I would think that while disconnected it is not in a "standby" mode and would hold its charge fairly long. Maybe I will whip out the old multimeter and try to take some measurements. Don't really have an extra batter to leave laying around for a while though.

My assumptions would be the same. The switch is a mechanical switch. So even plugged in, it's not on until you inhale. When you inhale it moves the mechanical switch and turns on. No standby mode. So I would say battery should last the same plugged in or not plugged in.

Just IMO
