I'm not scared of a needle, I just thought you meant with a drill or something. Thanks | Not for penetrating, but for filling ejuice in to the filler..
as far as penetrating i use a triangular file, and either a vise or a phone book, crease, and works well, some have bought knock off dremmels to do the job, but you have to be care full not to cut the filler material, cause then it will leak like a sive..
Even tho there are cheaper tanks this one is a 25 dollar unit, i would well, i have bought it again, and i have found no perment flaws, or at least none that cant be fixed, like a bad oring or some thing... no cracking, no leaking... i stand by it, but i hope there are cheaper options out there, and i hope that the madvapes one is just as good if not better, but then again i only know mine... |

I see that they do make the "pre-punched" cartos.
Good thing you told me about the needle.. I can see me trying to punch a hole in the carto with a needle. I laugh at myself a lot.

My xl clearomizers are a tad too big in diameter. As suggested, you can make your own tank, but then where would I spend my money???
Don't carry it out of the house, but on my desk, I just fill it and forget it. Been using it lately to dump the last bits of premixed juices after using up most of what's in a bottle. My current blend is part 555, butterscotch, vanilla, peach and black cherry. It's in my home office, and sure beats the hell out of any of those Glade stink bombs |

btw gave the PCC to a friend it is still working
I think e-cigs and vaping are still evolving. Boge where is your xl dc carto? hmm VV? Tanks? Gellied e-juice? what is next? | Robert, at least you stuck with it, Congratulations. I gave up I got tired of filling that little filler.

For those of you that weren't around then, well we used to remove the poly filler and replace it w/ LPT.
That is what I like about these forums. We have improved these e-cigs from day one. If there had been no forums a few people would have tried e-cigs tought they weren't no good and gone back to smoking. Thanks my fellow vapers.

| I love my self piercing saddel valve. I screw it in just till I hear it pop. Some of the pre punched dc's I bought came with the hole on the top side of the tank, I dont like that so, I first screw in the atty to the pv and figure out which side of the carto will be under liquid when I'm holding the PV like I'm hitting it.
btw at Home Depo they look like this (different style but I think they do they same thing)
