| To make customers get their orders fast, we found a very good shipment company. They shortened the time of delivery.
Averagely, it takes 2 or 3 business days to get NY custom or SAN FRANCISCO custom after it is shipped over here. normally most of American customers can get their orders within five days. some customers even got their orders within 4 days.
do you want to have a try? 
Note: we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. |

| I just wanted to say thanks - I made an order that was shipped on Monday, and it was in my hands today - Saturday. Plus I received unexpected prizes! My package included 20 unexpected 510 carts and a nice red pocket case!

Service, communication, followup. When is the last time you had an on-line seller email a follow-up. I have, and it made a difference. Go into a store and does the staff say 'good morning Mr. Rocket', matters more than you realize.[/size][/size]
Bet you could fill out godlings 5 point survey in that thread.

Looking at your wholesale prices. I would like to suggest a sale (and I might participate).
1 battery for 901 costs $9 + $15 shipping ($24 per battery) OUCH ! !
10 batteries for 901 costs $90 + $15 shipping ($10.50 per battery) Not Bad price
20 batteries for 901 costs $170 + FREE shipping ($8.50 per battery) Even better price
but I really don't need 20 batteries.
How about this:
10 batteries for 901 ( 2 black, 2 white, 2 blue, 2 silver, 2 pink)
and half off on the shipping? 901 battery sampler, 2 each, 5 colors, total cost with shipping $90 + $7.50 ($97.50)
That would be $9.75 per battery. I would go for that.

I recently purchased (20) 510 attys for 135.00 from them. The deal was with free shipping. That's 6.75 per atty. I looked for a similar deal on batteries, and couldn't find one. 
My thought was for a similar deal on 510 batteries. You sell them for 10.00 ea. Color doesn't matter (to me).
Like Rocket, 20 batteries might be a bit much. I thought that a special for 1/2 that amount with a similar discount: 10 @ 9.75ea (97.50) with 1/2 shipping (7.50) would be 105.00 (10.50/battery).
I only gave the 510 battery as an example because that was what I was shopping for. I believe you should put specials together for all atomizers and batteries (consumables) as you have with the (20) Black 510 Atomizer special.
EDIT: Actually, I'm learning that the battery chargers that come with the starter kits are turning out to be consumable as well... Might be a good idea to offer them as well. I'm not kidding.

I've got a 510 challenge coming up (#2) where I ask for the best deal, delivered to me, not going shopping for it.

There is one out there that has 901 automatic batteries, 901 manual batteries, and 901 passthroughs (the ones I really don't like without the battery) all for $9 ea with $15 EMS shipping. But they do not have the colors that you have. I also have enough 'points' with this supplier to get a 5% discount on prices and $3 off shipping.
