I have a 510 and it just dos not taste like it did, some times it will even give me a burnt taste.
What can I do?
What is the best way to clean it?

Be sure to try replacing your cartridge too ... or at least rinse out the batting.

I do a 2-3 hour DIET coke soak so *no sugar* but plenty of phosphoric acid. The vinegar may work too since it is an active base. I would try white vinegar.

If you really want to go for it, try a muriatic acid soak (diluted hydrochloric acid) sold at pool supply stores, then again dilute it 10:1 and soak for about 2-3 minutes. If that doesn't clean your atty nothing will. The finish on the atty exterior will probably not survive, but that coil will be clean as a whistle.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water either way.

Does rinsing in water remove that pool chemical completely? I would worry that I'm vaping it and really do not want to...I don't mind vaping the diet coke residue though!

Thanks for the tip!
