I picked the ones from value vapor and they are ok i guess for $5 but I def going to pick up the Ikenvape next. How long does yours usually last and what you recommend for a cleaning process?

Never used one as I don't really care for dripping, as for a cleaning solution check this out...

Well from the vid we know it cleans the filler material from new juice...
Wonder if it does anything for the gunked coil and heat "caramelized" juices present in a used carto??
might be cheaper to use a rubber pencil grip thingy and your own syringe or baster then the 14 bucks they want at MFS but Im sure that wouldn't hold near as much pressure though..

that's not an atty cleaning video...
but I use the same method on my cartos, but without all the tools...

CARTOS - just run them under tap water*, and blow them out. Repeat 3x
*They don't last that long after cleaning, so I found distilled water is not really necessary, if they stop working, throw em out- They're Cheap!

ATTYS - Cleaning them is something else... Entirely!
Some soak them in either PG, Vodka, 90% Isopropyl, boiling water, etc.
Each has their ups and down sides...

I do a dry burn and scrape my de-bridged coils on my ego attys, but cisco 306's are harder...
Cleaning a 306 with Vodka! Grim Green
There are many methods- this works for my taste testing-cleaning needs, but takes a few days for the process!

Haven't tried these methods, but if performance is lacking (or you are under 21, and can't get Vodka) try these-
COKE COLA Cleans Atomizers!

found this on a comment...
Quote:
use a cheap ultra sonic Jewlery cleaner with Coca-Cola for 15 min... Heat up a large glass of distilled water NOT TAP WATER in the microwave... Rinse the atty with the hot distilled water and dry atty with air compressor, blow dryer or slow dry on a towel... LIKE NEW EVERY TIME
Keep Vapin!

There are several vendors that sell specialized fluid cleaners and refreshers for attys.

for attys and taste testing I just drip it a few times and then flush it with PG a few times till I go to the next flavor...but that's all really just for taste testing...not all day dripping...

Hey WR...(humbles myself here)...I am NO Wiz (Wiz ROCKS!! BTW )...but yes you do not wanna inhale it..I know it evaporates but have heard it leaves residuals behind. Here is how I gauge things for myself...if something is not safe to drink or use orally I will not use it...period. PG and VG can be found in everyday products like toothpaste and mouthwash..Vodka and PGA can be drank so I will use these. You do not drink Iso Alc so why vape any residual remains that might be left behind. Maybe Wiz will see this and can provide more technical info. Hope this helps. Oh ya did I mention Wiz ROCKS

Also, Isopropyl alcohol is not ethanol, it is methanol, or wood alcohol, which is poison.

Here is how I clean my test attys: Blow out excess juice, rinse with PGA (Vodka will work as well), blow out excess, drip some plain VG on atty coil (I debridge my attys), heat up the coil until bright orange for 3 to 4 seconds (NOT white or you might pop it), let it cool off, repeat this 2 times, drip VG again, repeat burning process, blow out excess...drip the juice you wanna test and vape. I now use a Joyetech 2.3 ohm atty for testing...have used the LR 1.5 ohm attys from Eastmall (really good attys if you like LR stuff) but they burn lighter/fruity flavored juices IMO..YMMV
