| Don't give in Vicki, no need to backslide.
Fire up some 36mg, and you'll get over it.

| I smoked half an analog, Wednesday, to show some curious folks the paper towel test. It was sooo nasty and made me feel sick for the rest of the afternoon. At least I led a potential convert one step closer to switching.
However, yuck!! Cigarettes stink and are loaded with tar. |

| True! I went to my neighbors house and begged an analog, took 2 puffs and thought I was going to vomit. My goodness! How did I smoke so many of them before switching????

| I started ripping the filters off of marlboros as a teen. In fact, most brands other than camel had to have the filter removed for me to really enjoy. Now, I don't think I could even make it through an ultra-light without coughing and spitting. Wednesday was my first analog in a couple of weeks. I bought my last pack on July 11, and it's still got some in it. That's one pack lasting two people over four weeks.
The FDA should conduct a study of how many analogs a person avoids in just one week(easily 200 for many of us).
All I had to do was exhale through a paper towel, and even the dude criticizing me said 'wow' . Previous to that the guy( a non-smoker) asked me daily why I didn't just smoke like everyone else. That's what led to the paper towel test. |

| So, if you're tempted by the turkish/domestic blend. Just grab a paper towel before you light up. If the cig doesn't sicken you, the tar may help deter from another relapse. |

| No, and I've asked... Maybe if enough members would like to have it in their siggy and asked vapeatron, we could get the permissions changed...
What we would need changed is: Allow HTML No Allow Image BB Code No
It's a "live" image that is loaded each time from it's website.
For now, I occasionally add it manually.

| paper towel test is when you drag off a cigarette and blow through the folded paper towel.... you will usually see tar trapped in the towel. Some of the older folks may have seen this in health class at school...
Also, after blowing analog smoke through the towel, you can wipe the tar off your lips and try an e-cig through a different towel.... every time I've done it, the e-cig towel was clear as opposed to the brown that even ultra lights leave.
until later,
Johnny

| oops sorry about that, Rocket.
BTY I had typed "...Some of the older folks may have seen this in health class at school..."
I believe at one time, high schools actually had designated smoking areas for the students .... and as late as my jr. high years, there were still teachers and coaches who didn't mind if kids were smoking in some of these traditional areas. Where was the silly FDA for me then?

| Ok so I am in a similar place. I started vapeing last Thursday. And by accident I realised how bad mark reds taste. So I went from 2 or3 pks. A day to today had one out of my pack and I said to my wife, wtf it tasted like I just put my lips on a dam suwer pipe.
Aaarrrrrrggg wtf I no longer can enjoy analogs.
This is a good accident for the record. But I enjoy vapeing now. I just have no real knowlage. But rn4081 and yea I just hate njoys cartos... but its better than marlbs. So good luck and wish me luck.
And
I think with support from this site analogs will be gone from my pocket. Just don't ask me for my zippo...lol. |

| I posted that a long time ago but I can remember craving a reg cig and when I fianlly gave in and smoked one I had to hold my nose from the smell and hating the taste. Werid how you can crave something and hate it at the same time. Keep it up and stay away from smokers if you can. The big trigger for me to get over was wanting a reg cig when sitting around with my smoker sisters or friends.
